★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent pizza and a cosy atmosphere. We went on a Saturday night and it was very crowded (indicator that irbid popular) and the service was therefore a bit slow. They were really friendly, though. We had pizza which was delicious and had an extremely good dough-topping ratio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate here twice during our stay at the Ville Sull'Arno and the food was fantastic. Pizza was authentic wood oven Naples style and the octopus salad was THE best...very generous portion and delicious. Pasta special was with clams and outstanding. Service is typical Italian so do not expect to rush dinner but very friendly waiters and the owner/manager visited us each dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been all over Italy in the last few days and this has been the best place by far. The food was delicious. And dessert was beyond amazing. Not to mention that they went out of their way to help us get to our hotel for the night and the staff was very kind and funny. Definitely recommend this place for a memorable night in Florence.

The location is beautiful
The food is pretty good.
Drawbacks:
The staff were not very attentive to our table. It took nearly 20 minutes to get our bill brought to us, and then another 10 waiting at the counter to pay.
The wait time for the food was quite long, although this could have been due to the large parties seated around the restaurant.
The portion sizes are very small, like 5 or 6 tortellini for €11.
In short, it was a good experience but I probably would choose elsewhere for a late lunch next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came late joining a table of friends who had been dining here. I only ordered dessert. Tiramisu and a coffee. First I had to wait more than half an hour for the dessert. Then again I had to wait for the coffee. More than 15 min. The tiramisu was without coffee and very little Amaretto. Mostly just mascarpone cream, sugar and cacao.
No offer to excuse or satisfy me at all.
The worst was the way they billed the table.
They did not manage to proove which food and beverage had already been paid and forced the late stayers to pay what was still missing out.
Bad service. Bad dessert. I highly recommend paying together and then dividing amongst each other if you eat there in groups.
You can not count in their billing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an incredible delicious experience we had at this place. Every night it was pack with local people enjoying the wonderful menu.
I love Shrimp Scampi, they didn’t have it in the menu, my husband asked for it and they were so kind and made it for me was wonderful ?
We loved so much Chalet Bellariva that we went four times to have enjoy dinner there while we were visiting Florence!!
Great staff, very attentive and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food. Fair price. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor place to sit by the water. For us the only downside was people next to us were smoking on the terrace, which is normal though in Italy.
