v	v f on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un pò per caso, dopo aver visitato altri negozi, siamo entrati da Letti e Materassi dove siamo stati accolti da una simpatica e gentilissima Mara, che ci ha assistito e ben consigliato. Il materasso è stato consegnato nel pieno rispetto dei tempi indicati, da personale altrettanto gentile e professionale. Pienamente soddisfatti della scelta ed ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Bravi A little by chance, after visiting other shops, we entered from Letti e Materassi where we were greeted by a nice and very kind Mara, who assisted us and advised us well. The mattress was delivered in full compliance with the times indicated, by equally kind and professional staff. Fully satisfied with the choice and excellent value for money. Well done

Il prezzo è veramente vantaggioso data l'artigianalità del prodotto e la consegna è stata celere e impeccabile. Una nota di merito alla professionalità e cortesia di Mara. After a month of delivery I can say that the mattress is really of excellent quality and comfortable, my back thanks. The price is really advantageous given the craftsmanship of the product and the delivery was fast and flawless. A note of merit to Mara's professionalism and courtesy.
F	Francesca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo entrati per caso in questo negozio, cercavamo un letto che avesse il contenitore ma che non poggiasse direttamente a terra ma permettesse di passarci sotto con l’aspirapolvere. Appena entrati siamo stati accolti da Mara che ha mostrato una competenza assoluta sia per quanto riguarda le strutture che i materassi ed è stata inoltre estremamente gentile e disponibile. Il letto è arrivato nei tempi previsti ed anche il montaggio è stato più che puntuale. Il letto è BELLISSIMO e soprattutto il materasso è COMODO ED ACCOGLIENTE!! Consiglio assolutamente questo negozio sia per i prodotti che per le persone! We entered this shop by chance, we were looking for a bed that had a container but that did not rest directly on the ground but would allow us to pass under it with a vacuum cleaner. As soon as we entered we were greeted by Mara who showed absolute competence both in terms of structures and mattresses and was also extremely kind and helpful. The bed arrived on schedule and even the assembly was more than punctual. The bed is BEAUTIFUL and above all the mattress is COMFORTABLE AND WELCOMING !! I absolutely recommend this shop for both the products and the people!
G	Gioia Mauduit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio marito ed io cercavamo un divano letto e per caso siamo passati davanti al negozio di lungarno Colombo, abbiamo trovato quello che cercavamo ma soprattutto abbiamo conosciuto la signora Alessandra, di una gentilezza rara, competente, si è fatta in 4 anche per accontentarci con gli accessori, sempre sorridente. Se le persone fossero tutte come lei sarebbe un mondo migliore. Complimenti e grazie Gioia Mauduit Spina My husband and I were looking for a sofa bed and by chance we passed in front of the Lungarno Colombo shop, we found what we were looking for but above all we met Mrs. Alessandra, of a rare, competent kindness, she even went out of her way to satisfy us with the accessories, always smiling. La sig.ra Mara gentilissima e sempre disponibile, mi ha assistito per tutta le fasi di acquisto e ordine, rispondendo alle mie domande anche per mail e per telefono e chiedendo informazioni anche direttamente presso l'Azienda. La consegna dell'oggetto è avvenuta esattamente nell'orario stabilito, il montaggio è stato veloce e i ragazzi, mi hanno anche aiutato a portare giù il vecchio...grazie! Il divano è stato pagato alla consegna con Pos dopo un piccolo acconto pagato in negozio al momento dell'ordine. Un grazie a tutti quindi, ma in particolare alla sig,ra Mara che mi aiutato molto a decidere su modello, tessuto e colore del rivestimento (fra tantissimi) e per la sua disponibilità! I bought a small sofa bed and although it was not visible in the shop, but only in the catalog, it turned out to be as expected, with also two cushions included in the same fabric as the sofa. Ms Mara, very kind and always available, assisted me throughout the purchase and order phases, answering my questions also by email and by phone and asking for information directly from the company. The delivery of the object took place exactly at the scheduled time, the assembly was fast and the guys also helped me to bring the old man down ... thanks! The sofa was paid for on delivery with Pos after a small deposit paid in the shop when placing the order. Thanks to everyone then, but in particular to Mrs. Mara who helped me a lot to decide on the model, fabric and color of the upholstery (among many) and for its availability!

Un grazie particolare alla signora Alessandra che ci ha assistito e consigliato con la sua cortesia e professionalità. Il letto, di fabbricazione italiana, anzi toscana (Bibbiena), è arrivato nei tempi previsti ed è stato istallato velocemente da due bravissimi tecnici. Siamo veramente soddisfatti e consigliamo vivamente Letti&Materassi We entered the shop to buy two pillows and we left having ordered a Verna confort container bed complete with electric networks with retractable motor and remote control. A special thanks to Mrs. Alessandra who assisted and advised us with her courtesy and professionalism. The bed, made in Italy, or rather from Tuscany (Bibbiena), arrived on schedule and was quickly installed by two talented technicians. We are really satisfied and highly recommend Beds & Mattresses
