Io e mia moglie perdiamo un'intera mattinata a scegliere stoffe e materiali per allestire le tende di casa. Colori, tessuti ed addirittura colore delle strutture, studiate stanza per stanza. Rimane qualche dubbio sull'abbinamento dei colori ed il venditore si propone di fornire l'intera mazzetta al momento di prendere le misure. A questo proposito ci propone di fissare un appuntamento con un suo collega tappezziere che, a quanto dice, è davvero bravo, con una marcia in più (parole sue). Il problema è che per avere questo tappezzerie così esperto c'è da aspettare molto perché è pieno di impegni. Perfetto, si fissa un appuntamento addirittura per dieci giorni dopo. La mattina destinata, con qualche decina di minuti di ritardo (ma quello sarebbe il meno), si presenta a casa mia un altro collega diverso da quello con il quale si è preso appuntamento, senza mazzetta dei colori e senza nemmeno sapere che doveva fare a casa nostra, in quanto, a suo dire, il collega che doveva venire aveva un altro appuntamento di lavoro. No dico... Ma stiamo scherzando? Io e mia moglie abbiamo perso due mattinate ma non ci rivedrete nemmeno in cartolina. Pessimi.

On the intended morning, with a few tens of minutes late (but that would be the least), another colleague other than the one with whom he made an appointment shows up at my house, without a swatch of colors and without even knowing what to do our house, as, according to him, the colleague who was to come had another business appointment. No I say ... Are we kidding? My wife and I have lost two mornings but you won't see us again on a postcard. Bad.

I recently bought two beds: I was followed in the selection phase and even after the purchase from Mr. Gianni in viale Giannotti, courtesy and professionalism made person.
