Il personale è cortese e disponibile! Pur risiedendo abbastanza lontana dal negozio, non ho problemi a muovere la macchina per venire a cercare i materiali alla Merceria Lucia e Franco! Decisamente consigliata! Let's start by saying that this haberdashery will always be my favorite in all of Florence South. I always found most of the things I was looking for. The staff is courteous and helpful! While residing far enough from the shop, I have no problem moving the car to come and look for materials at the Haberdashery Lucia and Franco! Definitely recommended!

Ma soprattutto: cortesia, competenza e buon umore rendono questa merceria unica nel suo genere. La consiglio a tutte/tutti, non ve ne pentirete. Anzi dopo non ne potrete più fare a meno!!? Il negozio è ben fornito con tante varietà di articoli che possono soddisfare gran parte di esigenze, bravi, considerando la concorrenza delle vendite on line sicuramente sono un buon punto dove ricominciare a fare acquisti sotto casa e di persona visionando ciò che si compra direttamente.
