La cameriera è stata molto gentile, cibo buono gustato all’aperto in un vicolo del centro storico di Vasto. Consigliato Vastese-style broth dinner with grilled octopus appetizer with grilled vegetables, good broth, also octopus but the portion is a bit sparse, only 4 pieces. The waitress was very kind, good food enjoyed outdoors in an alley in the historic center of Vasto. Advised

Ora la cucina è affidata ad un giovane ma già esperto chef del luogo.Fatevi consigliare senza problemi dalla gentilissima signora che vi accoglierà da perfetta "padrona di casa" nelle stanze superiori del ristorante,soprattutto nella scelta del vino e delle pietanze da ordinare.Se siete in due è sufficiente un solo brodetto,ma poiché occorrono circa 35 minuti per la preparazione potrebbe essere utile ordinare prima qualche antipasto.Alla fine non perdetevi la pasta,fatta rigorosamente a mano, condita con il sughetto residuo del vostro brodetto di pesce. Alle pareti, belle foto d'epoca di inizio Novecento del mio prozio Luigi Anelli, celebre vastese,poeta,scrittore e uomo di cultura,ancora ricordato con affetto nella Città. Historic trattoria in the historic center of Vasto, specializing in the typical and true "Vasto-style fish soup". Now the kitchen is entrusted to a young but already expert chef of the place. Get advice without problems from the very kind lady who will welcome you as the perfect "hostess" in the upper rooms of the restaurant, especially in the choice of wine and dishes to order. if you are two, only one soup is enough, but since it takes about 35 minutes to prepare it might be useful to order some appetizers first. On the walls, beautiful photos from the early twentieth century of my great-uncle Luigi Anelli, a famous Vasto, poet, writer and man of culture, still fondly remembered in the city.
K	Kinski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meravigliosa trattoria di mare situata in pieno centro storico a Vasto. Siamo andati appositamente per consumare il piatto forte della casa: il “brodetto alla vastese”. Il brodetto viene servito nel tipico coccio in terracotta bollente e accompagnato con pane bruschettato. Viste le dimensioni della portata è meglio consumarlo in coppia. Il brodetto è stato a dir poco superlativo. Consumato il pesce arriva poi lo spaghetto che viene lasciato all’interno del coccio stesso per fruire del sugo rimanente. Esperienza da ripetere assolutamente. Soddisfazione alle stelle. Consigliatissimo. La posizione del locale è particolarmente strategica poiché a fine cena è possibile fare due passi in centro. Wonderful seaside restaurant located in the historic center of Vasto. We went specifically to consume the main dish of the house: the "brodetto alla vastese". The brodetto is served in the typical boiling terracotta crock and accompanied with toasted bread. Given the size of the dish it is best to consume it in pairs. The brodetto was nothing short of superb. Once the fish is consumed, the spaghetti arrives and is left inside the crock itself to make use of the remaining sauce. Experience to be repeated absolutely. Skyrocketing satisfaction. Highly recommended. The location of the restaurant is particularly strategic since at the end of dinner it is possible to take a stroll downtown.

A	Agata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food, mediocre service and high prices. 12€ for a tiny antipasto is excessive. We payed 50€ per person, without a dessert. Too much for a trattoria, with only two people (I assume the owner and a waitress) serving tables during lunch on Sunday.
