Locale molto bello e curato, personale e titolare estremamente cortese e attento al cliente, ottimo servizio e qualità dei piatti ottima con pesce fresco. Probabilmente il ristorante in cui io e la mia ragazza siamo stati trattati meglio. Ovviamente la qualità si paga, rapporto qualità/prezzo rispettato in pieno. What can I say, to come back! Fantastic, suggestive location. Perfect for a couple, welcoming for any occasion, work, friends or family events. Higher level cuisine, to be indulged among the many culinary proposals in the area. Favorable price-performance ratio; not cheap prices, but experiencing flavors never experienced is worthwhile.

T	Tiziana Strina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per festeggiare il compleanno di mio marito abbiamo fatto una ricerca online cercando la soluzione più idonea ed abbiamo prenotato con thefork una ventina di minuti prima di recarci in questo ristorante : siamo stati fin da subito sorpresi piacevolmente dalla location assolutamente particolare e suggestiva. Un locale davvero molto raffinato, accogliente, pulito ed impreziosito dall'esposizione di quadri d'autore. La squisitezza dei sapori, la presentazione dei piatti e la prelibatezza di quanto proposto nel menu e dal ristoratore sono a dir poco divini. Ulteriore valore aggiunto è la gentilezza, disponibilità, cordialità del personale, in particolar modo di Antonio, che ci ha servito al tavolo, e suo figlio Sting , un cuoco eccezionale che merita stelle Michelin (ma solo per iniziare con i giusti riconoscimenti gastronomici internazionali). Prenotando con the fork siamo anche riusciti ad ottenere uno sconticino spendendo molto meno rispetto a quello che pensavamo di spendere una volta varcata la soglia del ristorante. In definitiva abbiamo trascorso una serata indimenticabile, mangiato divinamente, conosciuto persone straordinarie e festeggiato un compleanno che ricorderemo con piacere negli anni a venire. Consigliatissimo, un must per chi visita Vasto! To celebrate my husband's birthday, we did an online search for the most suitable solution and we booked with thefork about twenty minutes before going to this restaurant: we were immediately pleasantly surprised by the absolutely particular and suggestive location. A very refined, welcoming, clean and embellished by the exhibition of paintings by the author. The exquisiteness of the flavors, the presentation of the dishes and the delicacy of what is proposed on the menu and by the restaurateur are nothing short of divine. Further added value is the kindness, helpfulness, friendliness of the staff, especially Antonio, who served us at the table, and his son Sting, an exceptional chef who deserves Michelin stars (but only to start with the right international gastronomic awards) . By booking with the fork, we were also able to get a little break by spending much less than what we thought we would spend once we crossed the threshold of the restaurant. Ultimately we spent an unforgettable evening, divinely eaten, met extraordinary people and celebrated a birthday that we will remember with pleasure in the years to come. Highly recommended, a must for anyone visiting Vasto!

Piatti preparati con ingredienti semplici, ma dagli abbinamenti ricercati e indovinati. Tra i primi consiglio i paccheri con scampi e maialino e la calamarata con tonno , olive, capperi , crumble di bottarga e pistacchio, mentre tra gli antipasti consiglio di assaggiare il misto di 4 antipasti diversi, non ve ne pentirete. Davvero molto gustoso. Tornerò sicuramente, intanto ve lo consiglio! Really delightful environment, kind staff and attentive to customer requests. Dishes prepared with simple ingredients, but with refined and guessed combinations. Among the first courses I recommend the paccheri with scampi and piglet and the calamarata with tuna, olives, capers, bottarga and pistachio crumble, while among the appetizers I recommend tasting the mixture of 4 different appetizers, you will not regret it. Really very tasty. I will definitely come back, meanwhile I recommend it!

Io e mio marito abbiamo preso dei paccheri scampi e maialino e una frittura di gamberi e calamari, semplicemente gustosi!! Il conto nella media, lo consiglio assolutamente anche per la bellissima accoglienza! ci torneremo sicuro ! Excellent location, well-prepared and absolutely delicious fish-based cuisine! My husband and I had some prawns and suckling pig paccheri and a fried shrimp and squid, simply tasty !! The average bill, I absolutely recommend it also for the beautiful welcome! we will be back for sure!
