L	Lleonardo 08 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uno skifo li ho chiamati e gli ho chiesto se avevano delle scarpe , mi hanno detto di sì e quando ci sono andato non c"erano non andateci fanno veramente skifo P.s: ero in viaggio e cercavo le scarpe non era la prima telefonata che facevo e ho fatto fare una deviazione a chi guidava per raggiungere il negozio che mi aveva garantito che avrei trovato quello che cercavo. Non si fa così. Il mio giudizio è sul comportamento della persona che mi ha risposto. It's a skifo I called them and I asked them if they had shoes, they said yes and when I went there they didn't go there they really do skifo P.s: I was traveling and looking for shoes was not the first phone call I made and I made a detour to those who drove to reach the shop that had guaranteed me that I would find what I was looking for. Sono subito uscito, basito dalla scarsa cortesia del personale. A leggere altre recensioni capisco che i clienti proprio non vi piacciono?. Bhe ne avete uno in meno?. Che vergogna quando si vogliono spendere soldi ed essere trattati con questa arroganza, non ci metterò più piede, do una stella perché è il minimo. Tra i vari impegni in vacanza solo questa sera sono riuscita a passare! Premetto che erano le 19:55 ma vedendo tutto acceso siamo entrati anche perché dentro c’erano persone a provare le scarpe. Fuori pioveva. Siamo stati accolti da quello che forse è il proprietario ( se non lo è consiglio di rivedere il comportamento del personale )con questa frase: “IO LO SO CHE SIETE ENTRATI PERCHÉ FUORI PIOVE MA NOI TRA POCO CHIUDIAMO”. Perfetto! Ho girato i tacchi e portato i miei soldi altrove. Mai vista tanta scortesia (evito anche di raccontare la frase detta ad un’altra cliente) e premetto che faccio lo stesso lavoro e che per me il cliente non ha sempre ragione. DO YOU WANT TO LOSE CUSTOMERS? YOU ARE DOING IT THE RIGHT WAY. I had spotted two pairs of shoes. Among the various commitments on vacation only this evening I managed to pass!
