C	Ciriaco Gagliardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante con ampie prospettive per il posto dove si trova, un po nascosto per trovarlo, location da 10 ma alcuni piatti vanno migliorati tipo i paccheri all'astice troppo olio, i gamberi dell' antipasto preferibilmente freschi e non congelati, il tris di dolci da rivisitare perché non consigliabili, rapporto qualità prezzo non confrontabile se non per il posto dove si trova cioè all'interno di un castello Restaurant with ample prospects for the place where it is located, a bit hidden to find it, location from 10 but some dishes should be improved like paccheri with lobster too much oil, prawns of the appetizer preferably fresh and not frozen, trio of desserts from revisit because not advisable, value for money not comparable if not for the place where it is located inside a castle

Ambiente elegante, senza ostentazione, personale attento e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare le esigenze particolari anche senza preavviso con estro e qualità ( mia figlia è vegetariana), cibo ottimo, presentazione raffinata e gourmet,e per finire sottofondo musicale di classe! By chance, the location left a wonderful impression on us. Everything was perfect, beyond all expectations. Elegant atmosphere, without ostentation, attentive and helpful staff, ready to meet special needs even without warning with flair and quality (my daughter is a vegetarian), excellent food, refined and gourmet presentation, and finally classy music!

I give 5 stars, but indeed it should be 7. Have a look at the pictures and enjoy once yourself. Vasto is already worth coming if the reason is only to visit here to eat. Truely.

Inside a battlement, with tiny square windows, lovely white set tables that might make you wonder about the prices... instead we found the prices very affordable for the courses we had, and for the fact that they were very well prepared. Subtle tastes in every piece of fish and seafood, everyone at the table was very pleased! Amazing wines as well, Trebbiano was our choice - local white wine, great for fish! Great service as well, lovely owner! Recommended!
