Capisco che la tagliata va mangiata al sangue ma se per gusto personale la carne piace ben cotta, beh la carne va servita ben cotta, senza battutine lanciate per tutta la durata della cena. Se il prodotto viene servito in pietra lavica è normale che la carne continui a cuocersi, ciò significa che non va servita già ben cotta altrimenti rimane solo carne bruciata. A fine cena, piccolo disguido di ben 80 euro aggiunti "per errore" e poi grazie alla nostra accortezza eliminati. Nothing to say about the quality of the meat but the same cannot be said for the service. I understand that the tagliata should be eaten rare but if for personal taste the meat is well cooked, well the meat should be served well cooked, without jokes thrown in for the duration of the dinner. If the product is served in lava stone it is normal for the meat to continue to cook, this means that it should not be served well cooked otherwise only burnt meat remains. At the end of the dinner, a small mistake of 80 euros added "by mistake" and then eliminated thanks to our foresight.

Ragazzi unici, simpaticissimi…non andate via senza concludere con un bicchierino di ratafia! Quasi 200 km ma ne é valsa assolutamente valsa la pena. Dopo seguire il consiglio di vari amici, abbiamo deciso di cenare in questo ristorante. Che dire! Atmosfera e personale molto accogliente, dalla cucina al personale di sala, il cameriere ci aspettava con un sorriso. Abbiamo preso 15 arrosticini, assaggiando un po' tutti i gusti che proponevano... Accompagnati da verdure fresche e il vino della casa. Per concludere il dolce e due amari: Genziana e ratafia! Qualità-prezzo ottima, prodotti di qualità. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente, tra le migliori bracerie che ho provato fin'ora, tagliano il tuo pezzo di carne sul momento e lo cucinano, tagliere di salumi e formaggi che dire che è buonissimo è dire poco. Arrosticini di ventricina vs arrosticini tagliati a mano, stupefacenti anche loro per la bontà e la succulenza che avevano, e l'Entrecôte al sangue... Mi riviene l'acquolina in bocca solo a rivedere la foto! Straconsigliatissimo se volete mangiare BENE What can I say, 5 stars are too few.
