★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our host recommended this Trattoria. We came as they opened. In fact it was filled at that moment. And I think they where missing someone because there was a bit chaos. We got primi before starter. The excused for that. Food was good. Roman taste. Simple and tasty.

This restaurant serves traditional food from Rome. It has a simple style but cosy and comfortable. They were keen to serve us food even if we were late and the kitchen was almost closing. Easy access if you are in the sorroundings of Termini Train Station.
The menu it's consistent and serves only seasonal food. We had one of the best Carbonara ever and delicious spaghetti Cacio and Pepe in here.
