★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with a group and immediately noticed a horrible stench. As a relatively large group, we had already pre-ordered a menu. As soon as we sat down, they whisked the first course onto us, and instead of letting us order drinks, they brought a random assortment of soft drinks, many of which we didn’t even want. They brought cheese after we finished our pasta, and the chicken (which was part of a cheaper menu that we didn’t order) was bland and dry . For dessert, although we ordered pastries, we were given fruit and when our tour advisor complained, she was laughed at by the chef. Eventually they came out with the pastries which looked and tasted storebought. They overbooked the restaurant and tried to rush us out as quickly as possible and were overall very disrespectful. This restaurant ruined our last dinner in Italy and I would not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the last day of a two week trip in Italy, chicken was dry, penne was soft. On top of this terrible experience, the restaurant gave us a cheaper menu than the one we ordered, just to get us out of the restaurant. When our group leader complained, the chefs mocked her.
Terrible experience, never coming here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I walked into a literal hole in the wall, I was quickly meet with unfriendly staff. Feeling rushed, I quickly walked to the table to be met with my first course already on the table. Pouring the water for my table, I noticed the water looked foggy. Disregarding that peculiarity thinking it was simply me, I began to eat my pasta. However, the pasta was soggy and completely flavourless; the complete opposite of every other pasta dish I had eaten in Italy for the past two weeks. Before I had even finished my pasta, the waiters were serving the second course, which left me with two plates in front of me. Only after most people had finished their pasta and had gotten their second course, the waiters gave us cheese for our pasta. The second course was some of the worst food I had ever eaten. They gave me dried, unseasoned chicken, that tasted like I was eating a plank of wood, accompanied with salad with an absurd amount of salt on it. Likewise to the second course being served quickly after the first, dessert came quickly too. Much to my dismay, they served me fruit, while I was expecting crostata. My tour guide went to go talk to the waiters about the mix-up realizing they had served us a completely different menu. When she went to go talk to the staff, they shrugged her off not even caring that they served a much cheaper menu to our group. Even mentioning that they did not care about us because they get several groups and wanted to rush us out to serve another group. The staff went as far as laughing at my tour guide. They eventually served us crostata that looked like it was made over a month ago. The entire experience was horrible. Would definitely never go back. Wanted to rate it negative stars but unfortunately one is the lowest that it will go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our last meal in Roma and this restaurant was literally across the street from our hotel. There were only a few people when we arrived and we were seated in a large empty room with tables set for groups. There were only the two of us. I asked if a groups was coming and the waiter said yes, a party of 18 in 45 minutes. We thought about it and after the delicious appetizer of Bruchetta we moved to a smaller, quieter room. Good move and our waiter was so accommodating. Our main dishes were delicious also. Eggplant Parmesan and Meatballs in a wonderful tomato sauce. I had a great view of the kitchen and the chef and staff were so great together. The tiramisu for dessert was freshly made and wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright. Let’s start. We came in, they gave us the wrong menu which we booked. Our trip administrator was ridiculed for no reason. They mocked her even though they gave us worse food than we originally paid for. They were very rude. They also rushed us out of their dirty and very dingy restaurant. Most of all...... the food was worse than bad. The chicken was drier than the Sahara desert, and for dessert they gave us some sketchy pie which looks as if it had been sitting there forever. I would give negative stars here. DO NOT COME ENTER!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came as part of a group, had a set menu, and NONE of that was followed through with what was promised as part of what we had paid.
They had our appetizer on the table before we had even been seated properly. The waiters didn’t even bother spending the time to serve each guest individually; they expected us to pass the dishes down to each other. Furthermore, when it came time to collect the plates, they asked us to pass them up to them. Unbelievable.
The appetizer, a tomato penne, was soggy and failed to match ANY of the al dente textures in any respectable restaurant in Rome. No bread either.
Before I had finished half the plate the main course was passed out in the manner described above.
Dry chicken, a dismal amount of SALTY salad, and nothing else.
And then a plate of... FRUIT?!! NONE of this was what we had booked beforehand, and our trip guide confirmed this as well. When she went up to ask what had happened, they LAUGHED in her face and waved at us to LEAVE THE F*CKING RESTAURANT??
The chef came out at one point and joined in the mockery and shocking display of utter contempt for our tour guide.
We were ignored for the rest of our brief stay here.
No water refills. And did I mention, they chose not to take our orders for pop drinks and instead passed us drinks from a serving plate, even when we asked for other types of drinks. They didn’t clear our main courses before passing out “dessert” either.
I believe this is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and shameful for an establishment to act in this way.
When we said we would leave negative reviews, the staff again laughed and said they hosted many groups there anyway.
DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AND TRY TO MAKE YOU LEAVE AS SOON AS THEY CAN.
BEWARE!!!!
The only photo i have is of their wifi password. They couldn’t bother simplifying???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken was extremely dry and seasoned with only a sprig of rosemary. Also, they gave us the wrong menu, far cheaper than what we had paid for. The pasta was also squishy and far below the quality we were expecting in Italy. Furthermore, they tried to get us out of the restaurant as fast as possible by inundating us with the courses the moment we were finished. Would definitely not recommend. Take your business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an incredibly salty pasta dish that was cold when it arrived and it actually had lumps of salt on top of it. When I told the waited it was cold he took it away and came back with a different plate of the same dish, which was saltier that the previous and still cold. Extremely disappointed.
