P	Pietro A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were five of us and we had dinner outdoor, in the internal courtyard. We felt immediately comfortable with the Sicilian environment of the place and behaviors of the waiter. All the dishes were excellent. Finally the value for money was awesome. Try to believe!

A	Arnout Mostert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed. My first night in Sicily and had a shortlist of places I wanted to try out. When two of those were closed I decided (completely against my nature) to give a place a try without having reviewed it beforehand. Well, I’m not going to do that again. This place is basically a tourist trap of the worst kind ( some people may find the “live music” performers and the subsequent shakedown for some spare euros cute, I go to a restaurant for food and not amusement like this). The inner courtyard is nice, though where my table was there was a foul smell, but the food is below average. I ordered a swordfish steak which came as if it had been flattened by a steamroller (as well as being totally overcooked) instead of being served like it should be, namely as a steak, nice and thick and perfectly grilled. The salad I ordered was one of the most unimaginative ever, and I keep wondering how they were able to find tasteless tomatoes in this country where they grow the best ones!! A glass of white wine that I ordered never materialized and to top it all off I had to ask for the bill 4 times in a restaurant that was pretty empty by that time, so service also is very poor. With so many great options around I suggest you look elsewhere and read up on the places beforehand. Which is what I should have done....
W	Warwick Hall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a spot of late lunch (2pm), we gave this a place a go without any foreknowledge of it. Risky but going on a hunch. Guided through the restaurant with scents of the wood fired pizza oven to an outside courtyard, sat down at a nice table in the shade. Quiet, not busy (except 10 cats lying around not causing us or other diners any hassle - they are also look healthy so not mangy strays!). Waiter was friendly & helpful. We went for the sweet & sour octopus starter (not seen this anywhere else), delicious! Forget the sweet & sour associated with chinese cooking, this is completely different - mellow, citrusy tangy and light. Big portion too! Then pizzas for the main - the Archimede was excellent! Presume the house speciality - packed with swordfish, mussels & a big shrimp it's an epic looking pizza! Again big portions! It's also good knowing you can box up the pizza if you can't finish it.

The pizza itself was okay for the price we thought we would pay (5€), but then they charged us around 10€ for each pizza!! Also they put a service fee and drinks for 6 people on the bill even though we were just 5. This restaurant is has no nice atmosphere is unorganized and above all a total rip off! I’d call it a typical tourist trap!
