Black tie, amazing service. We didn't wait long for our food. We got fantastic wine recommendation ! Even ended up buying a bottle to take home with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice classy restaurant that serves seafood, pasta and meat dishes. The vault like dining room is nice, staff are professional and friendly, seating areas are comfortable and not too crowded. Good selection of wines. Prices are above average; you pay for the 'fine dining' experience. Dishes are very well presented, tasty and a couple of really good ones! Can definitely recommend the king prawns wrapped in vermicelli for starters and the steak for mains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This quaint restaurant had a secluded feeling. The stone interior and arched ceiling was beautiful. Service was great and food was wonderful. You could taste the authentic cooking in their broth, which was a base for many plates. Definitely great value for the quality! Our group had the risotto, mussels in white wine sauce and gnocchi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the appetizers more than the primi very balanced and well crafted. I ordered pasta with clams it was not the best i had the sicily but is still very good. The bread was great i give it 3 out of 5 mostly because I was expecting more from a michelin recommended restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Belgian tourist, i had a great pleasure tasting all those traditional and refined Sicilian dishes! The Seafood starter was delightful, homemade pasta were exquisite, the wine was topnotch ,.. and the dessert with figs and pistachio coulis was just a culinary killer :). Aside of that, the service was very professional and helpful as the staff spoke English and even a bit French as i don't speak Italian.. The classy and elegant atmosphere within the restaurant was also very charming. My siracusian friend found her meal (fish) also great. If you visit Ortygia, i recommend you to reserve a table over there, you won't be disappointed! Vincent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can be said that hasn't been already..superb service, food and ambiance and setting in this over 500 year old building is just plain worth coming to taste and enjoy the food. All prepared masterfully. Had my birthday day dinner here. What a treat!
