Best Sicilian restaurant in Italia

A	Abbi Stolagiewicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The starter was a bit rubbery but still tasty. It was lovely enough but nothing to write home about. The seafood was nice, but so is a lot of other sicilian restaurants in ortygia.
L	Lino Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT Recommended! We had 6 dishes and all of them are disaster. They have a serious problem of seasoning. Seared octopus: the sauce way too sweet and the octopus is not seasoned. They offered to go with the lemon oil and it then taste even worse. Cabonara: Toooooooo salty and too dry, and the pasta is so chewy like gummi bear. Totally undercooked. Scampi: worst of the night. They are fresh but the chef didn't even clean them at all. Imagine a big bite of sand mixture in your mouth. And the manager even didn't accept the fact that there should be no sand in the schrimps. As for the service, the manager was actually pretty good. But the waiter was so rude. He just put the whole bottle of water on the table and didn't even bother to open it. And he literally throw the fork and knife on the table. I just don't think anyone should deserve this kind of restaurant in their vacation.
K	Kevin Yan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed by the quality of food here and reasonable prices. I had the mixed grill of seafood. At other restaurants, for €25 you get a decent platter of prawns, fish steaks, etc. So I was very pleasantly surprised when they gave me AN ENTIRE FISH. Wow I was stuffed after this meal, and everything was cooked to perfection. The swordfish steak was the juiciest I’ve had during my entire trip. The big fish is a grilled sea bream, tasted delicious with the lemon and fresh pepper. Also some of the best house wine (both white and red) that I tasted during my stay in Sicily.

We had a very friendly atmosphere when we had dinner. Have a go if you are in town! On the menu you'll find plenty of fresh local seafood dishes. Must try!

Excellent and attentive service throughout put this in the top tier of restaurants on Ortigia. The menu boasts a wider variety of pastas than elsewhere on the island. I would particularly recommend the gnocchi (see below).
C	Christopher Persaud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 6 stars, I would. The food was amazing and came at great value. The owner was extremely hospitable and made us feel like we owned the joint. When asking for a picture, the waitress really made us feel important and took her time getting a number of shots in. The location was very ideal as it’s right off the main piazza. This easily qualifies as a spot that we would eat at every night if we had to!

The entrees are just amazing with all local ingredients and flavours. I loved it, but it definitely can be pricy. Very good for couples for a light seafood date! Recommended!
