Al momento della prenotazione mi è stato chiesto il numero di cellulare e e-mail per eventuali problemi e non ho ricevuto ne mail e ne chiamate che avvertissero del ritardo, alla mia chiamata in sede a reggio emilia sono stato informato di un ritardo massimo di 20 minuti..
Servizio davvero scadente mi auguro che abbia avuto sfortuna io e il servizio non sia abitualmente questo
