 I did not find what I was looking for due to delivery delays, but the staff takes note and takes care to notify the customer by telephone when what we are looking for will be available for collection in the store, a good service.

Sin dal primo contatto telefonico si sono dimostrati molto disponibili fornendomi diverse informazioni sui prodotti in vendita. Il modello da me scelto non era disponibile ma ho potuto comodamente ordinarlo via telefono senza dover versare nessun anticipo. Il prezzo è risultato poco più alto di quello di un noto portale di vendite on line ma con il vantaggio di poter contare su un punto di assitenza in caso di guasti o malfunzionamenti.

The model I chose was not available but I was able to conveniently order it by phone without having to pay any advance. The price was slightly higher than that of a well-known online sales portal but with the advantage of being able to count on a point of assistance in the event of breakdowns or malfunctions.
