Ho già prenotato un paio di volte, per 2 volte mi danno una macchina non conforme alla mia richiesta,con la cosa prendere o lasciare.
In più la macchina presentava qualche graffio o piccola attaccatura non segnata da nessuna parte... il che lascia un po' da pensare
Non si tratta così il cliente
Unfriendly staff, in troubleshooting, I do not recommend it.

A tutte le mie sollecitazioni rispondono con sufficienza dicendo " tra 10 giorni massimo le restituiamo i soldi".
Imbarazzanti e poco professionali
I have been waiting for the return of the deposit for the car rental for 3 and a half months now.
To all my solicitations they answer with enough saying "in 10 days maximum we will return the money".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Due volte su due ho prenotato la macchina e per motivi diversi entrambe le volte non ho potuto usufruire del noleggio e ciò ha arrecato problemi enormi. Non si lavora in questo modo con le persone. Non ho avuto mai esperienza peggiore con il noleggio auto. Mai più.
Bad experience. Twice out of two I have booked the car and for different reasons both times I have not been able to use the rental and this has caused enormous problems. You don't work like this with people. I have never had a worse experience with car rental. Never again.
