★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento per le 1130, per situazioni covid aspetto fuori al freddo per 40 minuti, mi fanno entrare e mi chiedono gentilmente di sedermi, aspetto 5 minuti viene fuori penso il vicedirettore e chiede a una signora appena arrivata cosa deve fare, e la chiama in ufficio senza chiedere a me che ero lì da 45 minuti cosa dovevo fare, a questo punto mi alzo e chiedo cortesemente di aprire x andarmene e mi chiedono cosa devo fare ?♂️, rispondo cortesemente che dopo circa un ora di attesa non ho più nulla da fare e vado a casa a pranzo. Sconsolato x l'inefficienza.
I made an appointment for 1130, for covid situations I wait outside in the cold for 40 minutes, they let me in and politely ask me to sit down, I wait 5 minutes, I think the deputy director comes out and asks a lady who has just arrived what to do, and calls her in office without asking me who was there for 45 minutes what I had to do, at this point I get up and kindly ask to open x to leave and they ask me what to do ?♂️, I kindly reply that after about an hour of waiting I have nothing left to do and go home for lunch. Disconsolate x inefficiency.
