★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si sono nemmeno informati su come fosse andata la notte e mi hanno risposto con una bugia qualsiasi (dal centralino). Il badante mi è sembrato affidabile e gentile a prima occhiata ma non puoi avere il suo numero, ne contattarlo per sapere come va quindi non è facile dormire serenamente! Chi offre un servizio del genere deve assolutamente dare serenità e trasparenza alle famiglie!

Lo sconsiglio vivamente, prendo accordi per 14 giorni, con punture a giorni alterni e arrivata alla 4 puntura e essendo le 20. Chiamo per avere, informazioni e mi viene detto che non sarebbero venuti. Complimenti vivissimi a mai piu'. Non dovevo neanche pagarvi, ma siccome sono una persona per bene, ho fatto il bonifico buona fortuna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta alla privatassistenza poiché lo avevo già ftt più di un anno fa ed ero rimasta contenta. Il motivo era lo stesso, avevo bisogno di fare delle punture a mia madre. Mentre la scorsa volta ci siamo trovati bene, questa volta, e di preciso sotto Natale, è stata una vera fregatura. Infatti anziché continuare il servizio x 6 gg come avevo stabilito, l'ho interrotto dopo solo 3 giorni dato che hanno mandato una incompetente che oltre a nn lavarsi le mani, nn indossare la mascherina, portava via l'ago anziché buttarlo nella spazzatura. Inoltre ha ftt qst punture come le capitava poiché ha aspirato troppa aria dalla fialette e una volta che il liquido con aria è stato iniettato, mia madre ha avuto dei dolori insopportabili. Sinceramente avrei preferito più serietà rifiutando la mia richiesta e nn mandando unapersona incompetente. Una vera delusione, nn ci tornerò MAI PIÙ!!!

In fact, instead of continuing the service for 6 days as I had established, I interrupted it after only 3 days since they sent an incompetent woman who, in addition to washing her hands, not wearing a mask, took away the needle instead of throwing it in the garbage. She also got stings as often as she did since she sucked in too much air from the vials and once the liquid with air was injected, my mother was in excruciating pain. Honestly, I would have preferred more seriousness in refusing my request and not sending an incompetent person. A real disappointment, I will NEVER go back !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dietro consiglio di un collega mi sono rivolto a privatassistenza nel periodo di Natale perché avevo bisogno di una badante per una parente, visto che la signora che veniva solitamente era risultata positiva al COVID. Prima di tutto sono rimasto piacevolmente stupito del fatto che nonostante il periodo dell'anno ed il periodo pandemico siano riusciti a garantirmi un'assistenza puntuale e costante, tanto che ho preferito continuare con loro rispetto alla badante precedente. In secondo luogo, dopo essere stato a sciare, ho avuto bisogno personalmente di infermieri domiciliari per un ciclo di antinfiammatori intramuscolo a causa di una sciatalgia che non mi dava tregua e devo fare i complimenti anche a questo servizio per la professionalità e competenza dimostrata ogni volta.
Non sono solito fare recensioni, ma in questo caso faccio volentieri un'eccezione perché nonostante il periodo mi sono sempre rapportato con persone comprensive e cordiali sia a domicilio che quando telefonavo per richiedere assistenza. Soddisfatto
