★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented an e bike from 2pm-7pm. I told the woman and man who registered me fior the rental that I was going to Erice. I was told I would have to charge it once I got to Erice day because the charge would be completed on the battery by then. They were right. My battery was completely dead by the time I got to Erice. I spoke with the funicular operator and asked if I could charge the battery at his office. He agreed to let me charge it but then I realized Trapani Rent didn’t put a cable in my e bike battery so I had to peddle the bike all the way back. That would be fine except I rented a motorized a bike and I have a sore back so it was not cool. When I spoke to the owner and told him what happened he said you have to rent it for two days in order to get two charges on the battery. That’s definitely not what I was told. I explain to him that that’s not what I was told when I picked up the bike. If this were my business, I would give a partial or full refund air at least be given an apology. Neither of those was given to me. I will not rent from them again. I’m happy for all of you that I’ve had a good experience but that was certainly not my experience.
