Sono andata per comprare un regalo per una bambina di un anno, e addirittura mio figlio che ha 19 anni è rimasto a guardare puzzle 3d e altri modellini davvero un paradiso per tutte le età, personale molto gentile e specializzato molto disponibile e paziente 5 stelle meritatissimo. I went to the toys center with my eldest son really heaven, you can find whatever you are looking for. I went to buy a gift for a one year old girl, and even my son who is 19 was watching 3d puzzles and other models really a paradise for all ages, very kind and specialized staff very helpful and patient 5 stars deserved .

Aprono le segnalazioni, dicono che risponderanno a breve ma non contattano mai e richiudono i ticket come conclusi dopo breve tempo, pazzesco. Dopo 5 mesi di mail, messaggi via chat on line e via messenger finalmente dal punto vendita di Asti mi hanno aiutata. Anche loro non ricevevano risposte in merito, ma la Sig.ra Claudia ci ha sostituito il prodotto che era difettoso ed ora finalmente abbiamo il monopattino funzionante! Ringrazio Toys center di Asti! I bought an electric scooter online, bad experience, bad online support, bad chat support. They open the reports, they say they will respond shortly but never contact and close the tickets as concluded after a short time, crazy. After 5 months of emails, messages via chat online and via messenger finally from the Asti store they helped me. They too did not receive any answers on the matter, but Mrs. Claudia replaced us the product that was defective and now we finally have the scooter in working condition! Per quanto sia negozio grande è molto disordinato. In mezzo là corsie la scatole scatoloni che impedisce passare con passeggino. I prezzi spesso mancano, o se ci sono non sono chiari. Quando c’è offerte ma alla cassa ti fa pagare il prezzo pieno. Personale assente non che maleducato. Mai più!
