Sempre molto assortito, anche se per molti prodotti, tipo latte neonatale, conviene telefonare al reparto dedicato dove a rispondere sarà un addetto molto gentile e preparato. Ma Paniate non è solo un negozio per l'infanzia, di fatto è anche molto fornito e concorrenziale per il settore casa e giardino. In poche parole è un negozio che necessita essere visitato per i nostri acquisti. One and only big shopping center for birth and childhood. Il personale è molto attento e disponibile e c'è un enorme assortimento di prodotti di qualità. Ho visitato anche il villaggio di natale e l'ho trovato semplice e raccolto, ma molto suggestivo. Davvero una bella esperienza It had been a long time since I had entered it. The atmosphere that is perceived, turning x the corridors, is of absolute peace and tranquility. The staff are very attentive and helpful and there is a huge assortment of quality products. I also visited the Christmas village and found it simple and collected, but very suggestive. Even though people here are nice, they would not take back a product that was damaged even though the issue showed up the first time we tried to use the product. This is absolutely wrong since one would expect them to be much more responsive when they sell you something that does not work, specially as a returning customer and even more so if one has Amazon, where you can buy for lower prices and get either refunds or returns with practically no questions asked. Terrible experience, first time I modify a review to lower the score... ---------------------------- Previous review --------------- First I have to say the inside of this place is a thousand times better than the outside. Before you enter you wouldn't bet it is as big or nice but once inside you realise it is actually quite big and nice. Great place to find all sorts of things for babies and kids. Prices are not the lowest but you can rest sure you'll find (at least a version of) what you need right here. If you like myself need some help in finding where anything is, just ask. People working here are rather nice and happy to help.
