I can not say anything about the availability and friendliness of the staff, for the simple reason that I have tried several times to call the number marked hearing only the answering machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vieni solo accolto in un mondo parallelo dove puoi dare sfogo alla tua natura nerd, qui al Gamestop di Trento vieni ascoltato e i tuoi desideri vengono esauditi. Una sola telefonata ha cambiato gli esiti di un processo che dura oramai da più di un anno. Se non altro i miei due eroi hanno grandi abilità di problem solving e per questo c'é la mia più assoluta gratitudine! Per me in questa occasione siete stati come Goku e Vegeta (decidete voi chi preferite essere) contro Broly! Definitivi! Grazie infinite!
You are not only welcomed into a parallel world where you can give vent to your nerd nature, here at the Gamestop in Trento you are listened to and your wishes are fulfilled. A single phone call changed the outcome of a process that has been going on for more than a year now. If nothing else, my two heroes have great problem solving skills and for this there is my absolute gratitude! For me on this occasion you were like Goku and Vegeta (you decide who you prefer to be) against Broly! Definitive! Thank you so much!

Rispondo riguardo alla giustifica anticovid: la fila attesa non è stata x causa regole covid ma perché vi perdete eternamente in troppe chiacchiere con i clienti e ciò crea un'attesa interminabile ed irritante. Poi al ritorno a casa ho anche avuto l'amara scoperta che lo scherzo protettivo vetro temperato acquistato x Nintendo switch lite aveva un angolo rotto. Ho preferito buttarlo perché non potevo ritornare a Trento x imbattermi in un'altra fila indeterminata. Mi dispiace,ma non tornerò più in un punto GameStop visto la mia amata esperienza sia di negozio che di prodotto. Spero un giorno migliorerete attirando i clienti e non facendoli "scappare". Buona giornata
It is not acceptable to stand in an endless queue. I answer regarding the anticovid justification: the waiting line was not due to covid rules but because you get lost eternally in too much chat with customers and this creates an interminable and irritating wait. Then upon returning home I also had the bitter discovery that the tempered glass protective joke purchased x Nintendo switch lite had a broken corner. I preferred to throw it away because I couldn't go back to Trento to run into another indeterminate row. I'm sorry, but I will never go back to a GameStop location due to my beloved experience of both the store and the product. I hope one day you will improve by attracting customers and not making them "run away". Good day
