★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro in negozio la guardia si fa gli affari suoi.
Dopo un ora trovo personale, chiedo per un telefono rotto, e gli operatori mi fanno discorsi su promozioni per avere SIM e telefono nuovo, come gli dico di no, infastiditi dalla mia risposta, cominciano a rispondere in modo maleducato. Poi mi mandano dal tecnico molto gentile di cui quando mi ha riparto il telefono qualche giorno dopo riparandolo davanti a me. PS: per i commessi alla telefoni consiglio un corso di buone maniere.
 I walk into the shop and the guard minds his own business.
After an hour I find personal, I ask for a broken phone, and the operators talk to me about promotions to have a SIM and a new phone, as I say no, annoyed by my answer, they begin to respond in a rude way. Then they send me to the very kind technician of which when he shared my phone a few days later repairing it in front of me. PS: for phone salespersons I recommend a course in good manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato parecchie volte in questo punto vendita...e noto sempre la stessa cosa.....menefreghismo verso il cliente e assenza di personale.....la ciliegina sulla torta è in questo periodo di emergenza covid ...dove le casse che servono a smaltire i clienti distanziandoli....sono state chiuse e ne hanno aperta una (una ....forse due....ma ne "funziona" sempre solo una) di fronte al reparto telefonia....in uno spazio angusto ci deve stare tutta la fila che si mischia (così come spiegano le regole anti-covid) con la clientela che sta osservando i telefoni.....e poi per finire l'immancabile omino che ti deve controllare lo scontrino che hai appena fatto a pochi metri da lui..... così....tanto per creare ancora assembramento........pazzesco.....meglio andare dalla concorrenza...!
I have been several times in this store ... and I always notice the same thing ..... indifference towards the customer and lack of staff ..... the icing on the cake is in this period of emergency covid ... where the cash desks that serve to dispose of customers by spacing them .... have been closed and have opened one (one .... maybe two .... but only one "works") in front of the telephone department ... .in a narrow space there must be the whole line that mixes (as explained by the anti-covid rules) with the customers who are observing the phones ..... and then finally the inevitable little man who has to check you receipt you just made a few meters from him ..... so .... just to create more gathering ........ crazy ..... better to go to the competition ...!
