Offrono consegne installazioni e ritiro dell'usato completamente gratuito. Offrono anche un servizio di assistenza post garanzia su tutti gli elettrodomestici. Tutto un altro mondo rispetto ai centri commerciali dove non sei seguito e consigliato negli acquisti. Tornerò sicuramente a comprare. Family run business. Excellent pre and post sale service. Alla consegna la cucina risultava visibilmente ammaccata e di dimensione errata (oltre 3 cm più alta rispetto alla cucina esistente). Alla richiesta di non effettuare l'installazione e riportarla in negozio per una sostituzione il proprietario si è rifiutato e ha installato comunque la cucina adducendo che ci si doveva rivolgere direttamente alla casa produttrice. Chiamo l assistenza che mi mette in contatto con il tecnico il quale una volta controllata la lavatrice dice che sarebbe da cambiare in quanto DIFETTOSA ma la politica aziendale è quella DI NON SOSTITUIRE MAI ma cambiare i pezzi PUR SAPENDO CHE NON AVREBBE RISOLTO IL PROBLEMA. Dopo poco tempo ricontatto Il tecnico in quamto il problema persiste. Ma non risolvendo nulla Ad oggi ricontatto l assistenza(HO PAGATO 60 EURO DI ASSICURAZIONE per guasti)in quanto la lavatrice continua a non funzionare e rovinare i vestiti . Ma mettersi in contatto con un tecnico risulta impossibile. PESSIMI PRODOTTI e soprattutto ASSISTENZA INESISTENTE. Una presa in giro.
