Purtroppo sopravvenuto altro impegno chiamo il n verde per spostare appuntamento ma non si riesce a parlare con nessuno. Mando msg come da istruzioni e non ho nessun riscontro. Chiamo direttamente il negozio elettrocasa di Asti in via monte Raniero per richiedere nuovamente assistenza, dicono che sarò richiamata in settimana. Non succede nulla. Sab 19 vado in negozio e pare che la cancellazione del precedente appuntamento preso con il call center abbia creato problemi. Mi si dice che l'intervento sarà riprogrammato. Non succede niente. Chiamo sabato 26 e mi viene proposto l'intervento lun 28 previa telefonata. Non succede niente. Richiamo oggi 30 settembre mi viene detto che sarò ricontattata. La lavatrice da vedere sta a qlc centinaio di metri dal negozio, si arriva a piedi in 3 min. Non posso certo consigliare i servizi offerti dal punto vendita. Service was requested for a hotpoint ariston washing machine fault at the toll free on September 3rd. Appointment set for Monday 14th. Unfortunately, another commitment has occurred, I call the green number to move the appointment but it is impossible to talk to anyone. I send msg as per instructions and I have no feedback. I call directly the electrical house shop in Asti in via monte Raniero to request assistance again, they say I will be called back this week. Nothing is happening. Sat 19 I go to the shop and it seems that the cancellation of the previous appointment with the call center has created problems. I am told that the surgery will be rescheduled. Nothing happens. I call on Saturday 26th and the intervention is proposed on Mon 28th after a telephone call. Nothing happens. Call back today September 30 I am told that I will be contacted. The washing machine to see is a few hundred meters from the shop, you can reach it on foot in 3 min. I certainly cannot recommend the services offered by the store.
