Per il compleanno del mio compagno ho acquistato (ad inizio settembre) un bracciale di Aragonesi. Pur non trattandosi di bigiotteria di scarso livello, il bracciale si è rotto dopo poco più di un mese. Dal 16/10 a tutt'oggi (30/11) la riparazione non è ancora stata effettuata. Comprendo che - secondo le regole previste in garanzia - il tempo per la riparazione possa prevedere fino a 90 giorni (!!!). Tuttavia, per un oggetto nuovo, che si rompe quasi subito, ritengo che il produttore dovrebbe reagire con maggiore tempismo. Non comprerò mai più un oggetto prodotto da Aragonesi. Avessi trovato modo per esprimere il mio disappunto direttamente al produttore lo avrei fatto. Ma anche il rivenditore dovrebbe farsi parte diligente per sensibilizzarlo e non fare una brutta figura con i clienti. I agree that they are very nice. Although it is not a low-level costume jewelery, the bracelet broke after just over a month. From 16/10 to today (30/11) the repair has not yet been carried out. I understand that - according to the warranty rules - the repair time can be up to 90 days (!!!). However, for a new item, which breaks almost immediately, I think the manufacturer should react more quickly. I will never buy an item made by Aragonesi again. Had I found a way to express my disappointment directly to the producer I would have done so. But even the retailer should be diligent to raise awareness and not make a bad impression on customers.

Si limita a vendere oggetti anche di elevato valore senza illustrare le caratteristiche....Inoltre dopo neanche un mese dall'acquisto di un braccialetto in oro si è praticamente rifiutato di prenderne visione un problema.... dovuto sì all'utilizzo....ma anche alle caratteristiche di scarsa qualità della lavorazione.
