★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, affidatevi altrove! Non meritano neanche 1 stella! Professionalità assente e arroganza. Abbiamo acquistato una macchina da loro e già in partenza hanno mentito sulle condizioni dell’auto. Arrivati a ritirare la macchina il parabrezza era danneggiato, alla richiesta di spiegazioni ci è stato detto ‘che per loro è un danno minimo e che comunque la venatura non sarebbe partita’ ma per farci saldare la macchina hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto al cambio. Alla fine dopo tanta lotta siamo riusciti ad avere questo cambio (con tantissimi problemi in mezzo). Non passa molto tempo che la macchina presenta nuovi problemi, e nonostante il venditore ci assicurava che la macchina fosse in garanzia per un anno abbiamo dovuto pagare noi per risolvere. Poco dopo si ripresenta un ulteriore problema, chiediamo che sia aperta una pratica e con tanto di litigata con la segretaria dell’ufficio assistenza/officina a detta loro questa pratica viene aperta. Ma dopo più di 4 mesi non si sono più fatti sentire nonostante i nostri solleciti. Nella nostra ultima chiamata ci è stato detto che dovremmo pagare noi altrimenti aspettare i loro tempi perché tanto a detta loro il problema non era grave (da sottolineare che neanche si son degnati di controllare).
Bad experience, rely elsewhere! They don't even deserve 1 star! Absent professionalism and arrogance. We bought a car from them and they lied about the condition of the car right from the start. When we arrived to collect the car, the windshield was damaged, when asked for explanations we were told 'that for them it is minimal damage and that in any case the grain would not have started' but to have the car welded, they said they would change it. In the end, after a lot of struggle, we managed to have this change (with a lot of problems in between). It doesn't take long for the machine to have new problems, and despite the vendor assuring us that the machine was under warranty for one year we had to pay us to fix. Shortly after a further problem arises, we ask that a file be opened and with a lot of quarrel with the secretary of the service / workshop office, according to them, this file is opened. But after more than 4 months they did not make themselves heard despite our reminders. In our last call we were told that we should pay otherwise wait their time because they said the problem was not serious (it should be emphasized that they did not even deign to check).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ci sono venuta da Roma per acquistare la mia bellissima Yaris .Assistenza fantastica , chiari in tutto e per tutto ,cosa che in tutti i centri qui a Roma provavano a "fregarmi". Il sign. Marcoccia si è dimostrato subito molto disponibile , paziente e mi ha tolto sempre ogni dubbio. Insomma ha avuto tanta pazienza con me ! Oggi a distanza di quasi un anno dall'acquisto ,(nonostante sta in malattia) mi ha subito risposto ad un messaggio su whats app e risolto il problema. Che dire una super assistenza pre e post vendita.
