★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile riuscire a telefonare. Avevo un problema con l'auto. Il risponditore automatico mi metteva in attesa , ma quando arrivava il mio turno , continuava a rimettermi in fila. dopo 15 minuti di attesa, ho rinunciato.
Impossible to call. I had a problem with the car. The answering machine put me on hold, but when my turn came, it kept putting me back in line. after 15 minutes of waiting, I gave up.

Professionalità, competenza e gentilezza contraddostinguono Davide, il consulente che con disponibilità e pazienza mi ha seguito nell'acquisto e Alessandro che mi ha spiegato tutte le funzionalità dell'auto al momento della consegna. Consiglio questa concessionaria a quanti vogliono rivolgersi al mondo delle auto Ibride e a Toyota.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera , oggi ho ritirato la mia Toyota CHR 1.8 trend, alla consegna ho trovato Alessandro da 1 a 10? , un bel 11 per la professionalità e capacità nel spiegarmi la mia auto ( pulsanti, modo di guidare , nuovo per me ecc), fin da subito ho notato un bel modo di fare , simpatia e capacità, direi molto bene. Ma........ Non da meno il venditore Manuel conosciuto una settimana prima quando ho firmato il contratto per l acquisto dell' auto, presente anche lui oggi alla consegna, molto professionale . La mia impressione é stata di non aver a che fare con venditori pronti a vendere ma persone ben disposte a consigliare e togliere qualsiasi dubbio. Per finire anche il responsabile , scusate non ricordo il nome , mi ha trattenuto oltre il tempo a me a disposizione , devo dire , un tocco di qualità e si é vista tutta da tutte e tre le persone. Un grazie ben detto

But ........ Not least the seller Manuel met a week before when I signed the contract for the purchase of the car, also present today at the delivery, very professional. My impression was of not having to deal with sellers ready to sell but people willing to advise and remove any doubts.
