A	Andrea Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che non mi permetterei mai di affibbiare una recensione negativa per un singolo episodio spiacevole (che può sempre capitare lavorando) ma ci sono andato 6 volte, per le pratiche più disparate ed ogni volta ho trovato le stesse due impiegate ed il medesimo modo di operare. Sala vuota (ciò nonostante ti fanno prendere il numero) ti avvicini al banco ti intimano di aspettare perchè sono occupate, però io sono di fronte a loro e vedo chiaramente lo schermo che è sulla home di facebook, scocciate nel fornire qualsivoglia informazione, nel compilare una pratica di 10 minuti scarsi si permettono di prendersi una pausa per uscire a fumare una sigaretta, la collega nel frattempo si sistema le unghie. ALLUCINANTE, un insulto agli impiegati che lavorato dignitosamente, e che subiscono la "pubblicità" fatta da questi personaggi Given that I would never allow myself to pin a negative review for a single unpleasant episode (which can always happen while working) but I went there 6 times, for the most diverse practices and each time I found the same two employees and the same way of operating . Accolto subito (non c'era nessuno) . Consegnato il plico per fare una radiazione. Mi dicono di attendere fuori . Dopo venti minuti mi richiamano . Pago e ritiro la documentazione aggiornata. Forse potevano essere un po' più veloci però nessuna lamentela da fare e nessuna loro complicazione. Booked online (with little time flexibility). I arrive with completed and photocopied documents as seen online on the practice that had to be done. Welcomed immediately (there was no one). Delivered the package to make a radiation. They tell me to wait outside. After twenty minutes they call me back. I pay and collect the updated documentation. Maybe they could have been a little faster but no complaints and no complications.

Quando, con una settimana di ritardo sulla consegna sulla data prevista mi è stata consegnata, mi sono recato a ritirarlo, il ragazzo si è presentato in ritardo all’apertura dell’ufficio e neppure si è scusato per tutti i disguidi. Pessimo servizio al cliente PAGANTE. Mai più. LIDO DELEGATION To collect a document, I made at least 15 phone calls without anyone answering me.
