Vengo richiamato 3 giorni dopo per essere avvertito che non possono fare il lavoro perché è un periodo molto impegnato.
I called for an emergency (radiator to be replaced), they told me that they made themselves heard. More than a week has passed, a call to request the intervention. I am called back 3 days later to be warned that they cannot do the job because it is a busy time.
