It is part of the remains of the medieval Ternan walls. Today in via Battisti in front of the building of the chamber of commerce, of the clock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non é propriamente definibile torre ma rimane un ottimo punto di riferimento per orientarsi a Terni.
Si tratta comunque di un punto di riferimento storico ovvero parte dei resti delle antiche mura cittadine.
Facile parcheggio nelle vicinanze, zona ben servita e facile da raggiungere.
La consiglio come luogo di incontro per chi arriva da fuori regione.
It is not really definable as a tower but it remains an excellent point of reference for orientation in Terni.
It is however a historical landmark or part of the remains of the ancient city walls.
Easy parking nearby, area well served and easy to reach.
The council as a meeting place for those arriving from outside the region.
