Tutte le volte una tragedia e nessun contatto, per parlare con l'operatore telefonico che risponde da Tirana 30 minuti di attesa senza risolvere nulla! Sono degli incompetenti. Nemmeno hanno provato a contattare telefonicamente e sono strasicuro che nemmeno hanno provato a fare la consegna. Assistenza inesistente. Non è la prima volta che questo "corriere" fa scherzi del genere a me e ad altri, e le recensioni parlano chiaro. Inqualificabili, devono chiudere e far lavorare chi ne ha veramente voglia perché è evidente che a loro non importa farlo. 9:00 am on delivery and 9:06 am not delivered ... Un pacco che doveva arrivare per il 16 settembre oggi 23 mi arriva una email del servizio clienti con una squallida scusa e pregandomi di aspettare altri giorni ancora. È un avviso con la dicitura di poste italiane da ritirare nell'ufficio del mio comune. Ma all'ufficio postale non è mai arrivata la raccomandata che dovrebbe rimanere da loro in giacenza 30 giorni. Ma non si sa che fine abbia fatto questa raccomandata. Qualsiasi numero trovato non risponde nessuno . Fate pena un servizio inutile e perdete la posta alla gente. Vergogna Service to say the least painful. A stock notice was left even though we were home.
