Forse il problema non è la "furbizia" (inesistente) del cliente, ma la collaborazione mal gestita tra bar e pizzeria... visto che abbiamo anche scoperto che da quella sera, con quello che è successo, è stata tra l'altro chiusa dal bar stesso. Poi nessuno ha parlato di saltare le persone o altro, forse non si ricorda che è stato proprio lei a dirci di ritornare alle 21:30 per prendere le pizze. Quindi il ritardo è dipeso da voi, non da altro! Poi un consiglio spassionato, se posso: noto che le recensioni negative sono molte, la maggior parte per le stesse cose, e che ad ognuna di esse si risponde sempre con tono permaloso e trovando sempre un escamotage per non avere colpe. Magari sarebbe anche giusto farsi due domande e sistemare i problemi che avete piuttosto che essere così scontrosi. Avete perso 10 possibili clienti, insieme a tutti quelli che erano al bar insieme a noi che si sono fatti 2 risate su quello che ci stava succedendo (una barzelletta) commentando il vostro cattivo servizio... Maybe it would also be okay to ask yourself two questions and fix the problems you have rather than being so grumpy. You have lost 10 possible customers, together with all those who were at the bar with us who had 2 laughs about what was happening to us (a joke) commenting on your bad service ... I really wish you many improvements!
