Unica nota negativa: la torre non è sempre aperta, ma apre solo in alcuni weekend dell’anno.
The tower offers a splendid panoramic view of the historic center of Vercelli. Openings have been made in the window grates to allow tourists to take pictures with their own lenses. The only negative note: the tower is not always open, but only opens on certain weekends of the year.
