★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy to work with! Loved that I was able to text them using Google, and they brought the car to me. I worked with Ciro primarily, and he was extremely flexible with me once I got the car. I had originally rented it for 4 days and was planning on doing a roadtrip, but due to poor weather, constant rain, I kept changing my trip stops and Ciro was very patient with me and even allowed me to drop off the car in a different city (something that was an additional cost that I was more than willing to pay). He was so easy to communicate with over Whatsapp. Highly recommend! Next time I come back, I will definirely rent from them again!

We were delivered the car at the train station where we took a train from Verona. It was clean, drove well and as promised in the email. Hand off was equally quick and easy and I would really recommend this service when in Bolzano.
