Sono inaffidabili. Prenoto auto e rilascio i dati della carta di credito.
A distanza di una settimana mi comunicano che l'auto non è più disponibile perché non rientra in sede.
Nel frattempo avevo prenotato hotel vicino alla loro sede per un ritiro più comodo.
Non propongono nemmeno alternativa con altra vettura.
Tra l'altro alcune recensioni precedenti con 5 stelle sono a nome dei dipendenti dell'azienda.

They are unreliable. I book a car and issue my credit card details.
One week later, they tell me that the car is no longer available because it is not returning to the headquarters.
In the meantime, I had booked hotels near their headquarters for a more convenient pickup.
They do not even offer an alternative with another car.
Among other things, some previous 5-star reviews are in the name of the company's employees.
