t	teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono 9 volte su 10 e quella unica volta mettono in contatto con la provincia che ti mette in attesa con la premessa di metterti in contatto con la motorizzazione ma rispondendo di nuovo dalla provincia. Dopo 5 tentativi mi sono stufato e ho chiamato qualche giorno dopo ripetendo l'esperienza. They do not respond 9 times out of 10 and the only time they put you in contact with the province that puts you on hold with the premise of putting you in touch with the motorization but responding again from the province. After 5 attempts I got tired and called a few days later repeating the experience.

Wenn man anruft ist entweder besetzt oder man wird zur Zentrale weiter geleitet. Außerdem habe ich vor 3 Monaten eine zertifizierte PEC Mail mit wichtigen Unterlagen zu meinem Unternehmen ins Kraftfahrzeugamt Bozen gesendet und bis heute wurden diese Unterlagen zur Gründung meines Unternehmens nicht bearbeitet. Als mein Steuerberater endlich telefonisch durchgekommen ist, gab es sofort Anschuldigungen, dass wir die Unterlagen nicht versendet hätten. Als wir das Gegenteil bewiesen, gab es keine Einsicht, noch eine Entschuldigung. Und am meisten stört mich dass dieser Kommentar die nicht mal ein kleines bisschen jucken wird... 0 out of 5 stars. Do not answer emails about urgent questions, now 6 months have passed and have not yet received an answer. When you call is either busy or you are forwarded to the head office. In addition, 3 months ago I sent a certified PEC Mail with important documents about my company to the Bolzano Motor Vehicle Office and until today these documents for the foundation of my company have not been processed. When my accountant finally got through on the phone, there were immediately allegations that we hadn't sent the documents. When we proved otherwise, there was no insight or excuse. And what bothers me the most is that this comment won't even itch a little bit ...

Un 4 stelle Solo perché ho avuto probabilmente l'unico incontro non altrettanto positivo allo sportello con un addetto. Probabilmente era solo una giornata no. Unbelievable! They answer the phone! Not present in the rest of Italy. Available and effective. A 4-star Just because I probably had the only meeting not so positive at the counter with an employee. It was probably just a bad day.

Posso dare solo una recensione molto negativa. They never answer. I've been waiting for a pink paper for a month and every time they tell me to wait. Bad organization and when you call they answer as well as annoyed. I can only give a very bad review.

Oppure assumono autistici per fargli passare il tempo?? C’è gente che lavora veramente cancri d’Italia! They switch off the phone on purpose so as not to have to work. I challenge you to call ... I've been wondering for weeks; but the boss is big smurf? Or do they hire autistics to pass the time? There are people who truly work cancers of Italy!
