★ ★ ★ ★ ★ informazioni al telefono poco precise e dopo 4h di macchina per arrivare a Trento si sono veirficate anche tutte sbagliate, sono quindi dovuto farmi la strada una seconda volta, ci sono molti altri posti in cui dovrebbe stare la persona che risponde alle chiamate, ma meglio non mi esprima

Con sentenza del Giudice di pace trattengono la mia patente illegittimamente con la scusa di dover sentire il commissariato del governo per potermela ridare, ricevuto il via libera, spediscono la patente indietro. Non serve proseguire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per sapere cosa fare per eseguire il passaggio di una moto, mi indicano senza chiedere la cilindrata, di pagare degli specifici bollettini postali con dei codici della motorizzazione. Arrivato il giorno del passaggio con tutte le carte pronte, un operatore ci avverte che in motorizzazione si eseguono solo i passaggi dei ciclomotori e non delle moto. Ho pagato 60 euro di bollettini per nulla e non ho più venduto la moto per altri problemi susseguitesi poi per i passaggio che doveva essere eseguito al pra. Rivolgetevi altrove se possibile, operatori che scambiano per moto i ciclomotori è roba da elementari.
