La persona che mi accolto all'informazione, maleducata e anche seccato delle nostre domande con rispetto e gentilezza. Mi sono detta questa persona sarà gentile e invece...... lavorano persone maleducate e arroganti. E anche la persona prima di noi, scontenta del servizio e considerato una feccia. Ma queste persone a cosa servono, che aiuto danno alle persone. Grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 mesi di chiamate, appuntamenti e email ma ancora non si é riusciti a prenotare un esame teorico. le risposte sono sempre: "diamo priorità alle agenzie, scrivi a questa email", ho mandato un infinità di email da Ottobre e non ho ricevuto mai alcuna risposta; Ogni volta che vado in sede: "devi prendere un appuntamento per prenotare il teorico, aspetta parla con il signore qui (sportello informazioni)" che a sua volta mi dice di spammare le mail così che un intervento divino possa accogliere le mie istanze, risultato? nessuno ad oggi. é come quando giochi al bingo: più cartelle compri più hai la possibilità di vincere, tuttavia é un ufficio pubblico questo, non un casinò, anche se non é lontano dall'essere un gran casino.

Frettolosa, non avevo compreso un passaggio e non è riuscita a spiegarmi nulla (perdonabile, su questo ci passo sopra) ma non solo, era seccata e impertinente. Una maleducazione infinita. Per una carta mancante (che premetto che nel sito non era menzionata e soprattutto mi hanno fatto acquistare una marca da bollo senza che servisse poi). Invece molto educata l'addetta alla sicurezza all'entrata, competente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza kafkiana; per una revisione, bisogna telefonare per avere l'appuntamento per avere la prenotazione per ricevere una data utile per la revisione. Alla fine il call center non riesce neppure ad inserire una data utile per il primo appuntamento.

Il signore che ti accoglie per informazioni, è stato frettoloso e maleducato. Forse pensava di avere a che fare con una straniera che non sapesse l’italiano, peccato che riesco a coniugare i verbi meglio di lui, sicuramente.
Non commento la professionalità, perché non esiste.
Ho chiesto delucidazioni in merito alla mia patente che è stata sbagliata da loro, e non hanno risolto un bel nulla.

Ignoro quanto sia impegnativo operare in uffici analoghi a questo; così come non so quali siano le loro difficoltà - forse, conoscendole, sarei più morbido nell'elargire giudizi. Tuttavia, quali che siano le loro fatiche, possono fare certamente meglio di così: già un sorriso e un buongiorno aiuterebbero. Comunque, consiglio buon viso a cattivo gioco: il loro approccio non merita altro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto convertire la patente da inglese a quella italiana, mi sono presentata il giorno del mio appartamento (preso più di due mesi prima) e la signora scorbutica allo sportello mi ha detto di tornare perché sicuramente non avevo il certificato medico. Ovviamente ero in possesso di quel documento e dopo averglielo fatto notare con aria scocciata, finalmente la signora si è calmata ed ha cambiato atteggiamento nei miei confronti. La mia conclusione è una: dovrebbe lavorare la gente che vuole lavorare con il pubblico e che ne sia predisposta, altrimenti dovrebbe trovarsi un lavoro da casa senza avere a che fare con altre persone.

My conclusion is one: people who want to work with the public and who are prepared for it should work, otherwise they should find a job from home without having to deal with other people.
