Incompetenza, maleducazione, la totale mancanza di rispetto per chi si prende ore di permesso per recarsi personalmente e viene rimbalzato come se niente fosse. LAVATIVI! I fully agree with the previous reviews. An insult to those who work. Telephone service does not exist, they never answer and since an appointment is mandatory for the covid rules it is impossible to complete any practice, they should all be fired!

Ho contatto altri edifici ma mi hanno detto tutti di rivolgersi alla motorizzazione. Aperta tre giorni a settimana per 3 ore al giorno. Imbarazzante. Se invece ti presenti lì non puoi entrare senza prenotazione. I've been calling them for two weeks to sort out a driver's license problem. I contacted other buildings but they all told me to contact the DMV. Open three days a week for 3 hours a day. Embarrassing. If, on the other hand, you show up there, you cannot enter without a reservation.

Ho provato sia con mail che con telefono. Il furgone l'ho pagato, avrei dovuto fatturare ma...ti fanno sentire veramente male. Vorrei sapere se anche gli altri hanno problemi o sono solo io ad essere così sfortunato. I don't know how to get information for a van that was to be registered in June 2020. I still await an answer after 8 months. I tried both by mail and by phone. I paid for the van, I should have invoiced but ... they make you feel really bad. I would like to know if others have problems too or is it just me who is so unfortunate.
D	Daniel Della Rocca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché non si può fare meno, servizio scandaloso e vergognoso al telefono non rispondono mai ,detto dalla stessa impiegata, via mail altrettanto.. Mi reco di presenza, pur abitando a 50 km di distanza, per un libretto auto ritirato dalla stradale arrivato lì dichiarano di non aver ricevuto lo stesso quando poi la stradale mi conferma che il libretto era stato portato e consegnato il giorno prima..mi reco per la seconda volta per prenotare la revisione ma l'impiegata si era dimenticata di dirmi che per farlo dovevo portare i bollettini pagati..peccato che la volta prima mi aveva detto di aspettare e di contattarli prima di procedere al pagamento cosa che uno farebbe anche volentieri se sì decidessero a rispondere al telefono o ad una mail, effettuo comunque il pagamento su indicazione della stradale ma adesso mi si viene a dire che la procedura è cambiata da pochi giorni e che non si pagano più i bollettini e molto probabilmente dovrò richiederne il rimborso..morale della favola macchina ferma da tre settimane e loro continuano a dirti provi a mandare tutto via mail e vedere se le prenotano la revisione!!
