Pessimo approccio I requested a new PIN, they told me they would call me after three hours I'm still on hold, is that how they treat customers? Bad approach

L'unico mio scopo era fare gpl con fattura elettronica e, dopo 13 giorni dalla fine mese, non c'è traccia della fattura. Ho scritto 2 volte una mail e chiamato altre 2 volte telefonicamente. La seconda chiamata è andata a buon fine con una signorina che,molto gentilmente, mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto richiamare; da lì il silenzio assoluto.... L'app non funziona e quindi mi ritrovo senza fattura e senza controllo sul mio saldo. Cercherò di esaurire il credito e, con qualche fastidio logistico in più, d'ora in poi farò gpl altrove. Del tutto incapaci di rendere un servizio o anche solo di farsi carico di un problema. I applied for a prepaid card and had to make 3 reminders to get it. My only purpose was to do LPG with electronic invoice and, after 13 days from the end of the month, there is no trace of the invoice. I wrote an email twice and called 2 more times by phone. The second call was successful with a young lady who, very kindly, told me that she would have me call back; from there the absolute silence .... The app doesn't work and therefore I find myself without an invoice and without checking my balance. I will try to run out of credit and, with some additional logistical hassle, from now on I will do LPG elsewhere. Totally unable to render a service or even just take charge of a problem.

Bad experience, rude staff. I will never use this distributor again. Tip: encourage the staff to be nice to customers !!!
