Ieri per miracolo mi risponde una funzionaria che sembrava che fino al giorno prima lavorasse al mcDonalds dandomi informazioni che si sono rivelate errate.
Mi reco personalmente e trovo il peggior sportello pubblico che si possa trovare, con una donna di una maleducazione mai vista, incompetenza e nessuna osservanza per le misure di sicurezza antiCovid.
Vergognoso!!
 Unable to contact the counter by phone for more than a month.
Yesterday, by a miracle, an official answered me who seemed to be working at McDonalds the day before, giving me information that turned out to be incorrect.
I go personally and find the worst public counter you can find, with a woman of a never seen rudeness, incompetence and no compliance with anti-Covid security measures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' impossibile parlare al telefono. La chiamata viene chiusa dopo 1 minuto di attesa perchè "nessuno può rispondere". Se premo 0 per parlare con un operatore risponde Vodafone che il cellulare è spento o non raggiungibile.

It is impossible to talk on the phone. The call is closed after 1 minute of waiting because "no one can answer". If I press 0 to speak to an operator, Vodafone replies that the mobile phone is off or unreachable.

Vai in sede chiedi e ti dicono di fare l'appuntamento online, arrivi a casa provi ma non funziona, mandi un'email chiedendo come risolvere e dopo 4 comodi giorni ti rispondono che non c'è più bisogno di prendere appuntamento... Gente pagata per scaldare una scrivania
