La palestra offre ottimi servizi, ambienti molto puliti ed un ampia scelta di corsi ed attività. Tutto il personale è disponibile, simpatico e professionale! I have been registered for a few months now and I could not have made a better choice! The gym offers excellent services, very clean environments and a wide choice of courses and activities. All the staff are helpful, friendly and professional!

Una menzione particolare merita la zona termale anche se non è ancora possibile utilizzare la sauna I recently signed up and I attend it exclusively in the morning. The spaces are large, the modern equipment and the environment is clean. A special mention deserves the spa area even if it is not yet possible to use the sauna

Sia i trainers che i ragazzi della reception sono professionali, disponibili e davvero gentili!! Ti fanno sentire proprio a casa! I've been a member for a couple of months now and I'm having a great time! The gym offers many different courses, excellent services and environments. Both the trainers and the reception guys are professional, helpful and really kind !! They make you feel right at home!
S	Stefania Celeste on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono iscritta da appena un giorno alla sede di via procaccini ma a primo impatto ho avuto una pessima impressione in termini di accoglienza e soprattutto cordiale trattamento di nuovi iscritti (non dal punto di vista commerciale) . La domenica è prevista chiusura alle 18:30 sono arrivata alle 17:30 con L intenzione di fare massimo 40 min di allenamento per iniziare . Trovo le porte chiuse e dietro due vetri, la figura di una donna che a gesti, senza neanche la cortesia di darmi spiegazioni mi ha fatto capire che alle 17:30 è L ultimo ingresso . Se avessi avuto la possibilità di parlarci le avrei detto che volevo giusto prendere confidenza con la palestra e fare una mezz ora ma sono rientrata a casa e fortunatamente stavo a 5 minuti a piedi . Appena potrò riandare sarà mia cura parlarne con la direzione e suggerire una corretta comunicazione nonché una maggiore cortesia e non una figura muta dietro due porte quasi anti sfondamento . Altro aspetto che mi è piaciuto poco L aver dovuto pagare in un’unica soluzione il mio abbonamento annuale in quanto la finanziaria non riconosceva monte dei paschi, che non mi pare essere proprio una banca nata l altro ieri. Che dire, Spero di trovarmi meglio nei prossimi mesi , qualora mi sarà consentito entrare !!!!! I just registered for one day at the via procaccini office but at first glance I had a bad impression in terms of welcome and above all cordial treatment of new members (not from a commercial point of view). Sunday is scheduled to close at 18:30 I arrived at 17:30 with the intention of doing a maximum of 40 minutes of training to start. I find the doors closed and behind two panes, the figure of a woman who gestures, without even the courtesy to give me explanations, made me understand that at 17:30 is the last entrance. If I had had the opportunity to talk to her I would have told her that I just wanted to get familiar with the gym and do half an hour but I returned home and luckily I was within a 5 minute walk. As soon as I can go back, it will be my care to talk to the management and suggest correct communication as well as greater courtesy and not a mute figure behind two almost anti-breakthrough doors. Another aspect that I didn't like much L having had to pay my annual subscription in a single solution as the financial company did not recognize monte dei paschi, which does not seem to me to be a bank born the day before yesterday. What can I say, I hope to find myself better in the coming months, if I will be allowed to enter !!!!!

Tra i membri dello staff spicca Marco, che è simpaticissimo e ultra professionale. Segue le sue clienti con molta attenzione. Of this gym I especially like the flamenco course: the teacher is very good. Among the staff members Marco stands out, who is very nice and ultra professional. He follows his clients very carefully.

Inizialmente titubante mi sono fatto convincere prima da Simone e poi da Marco che mi ha saputo consigliare il tipo di abbonamento più idoneo alle mie esigenze. Molto soddisfatto della scelta, palestra molto consigliata!!! Cozy and clean gym, with very nice and attentive staff. Costantemente pulita grazie agli inservienti che fanno un buon lavoro sia durante il giorno che la sera, sia in palestra che negli spogliatoi. Ragazzi del front office disponibili per ogni occorrenza e ben informati e preparati su ogni quesito posto loro. Attrezzi funzionanti e vicino a dei punti in cui c’è l’occorrente per disinfettarli. Personal competenti che ti seguono e ti spronano (personalmente io scelgo sempre Domenico per come sa spronarmi; poi ognuno sceglie il personal piu adatto a sé in base alle proprie esigenze e personalità). Quando posso mi faccio una nuotata nella piscina divisa in corsie e almeno una volta alla settimana mi dedico poi al relax nella sauna e nell’idromassaggio nei piani inferiori.
