Ho effettuato il prelievo per harmony test un mese fa e ancora devo avere i risultati (dovevano essere pronti in 2 settimane). Ogni volta che chiamo mi dicono che i risultati saranno pronti in una data che puntualmente non è mai quella.
A shame to say the least.
I took the blood test for harmony test a month ago and I still have to get the results (they had to be ready in 2 weeks). Every time I call they tell me that the results will be ready on a date that is never exactly that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi riferisco alla visita odierna, in occasione dell'effettuazione di tampone molecolare, richiesto dal datore di lavoro a seguito di positività. Dopo la lettura delle altre recensioni, ho deciso di presentarmi largamente in anticipo per evitare ritardi causa fila. Inoltre, non conoscendo assolutamente la città, ho preferito lasciarmi la possibilità di cercare tranquillamente un parcheggio (ce n'erano in abbondanza lungo la via). Non solo non era presente la fila, ma l'addetta al triage dell'ingresso è stata davvero cortese e gentile, mi ha indicato la procedura e ha risposto a tutte le mie richieste di informazioni. Una volta entrata (ingresso e uscita sono ben separate ed è presente una rampa di accesso), ho aspettato circa un minuto e sono stata subito chiamata allo sportello per effettuare l'accettazione. Anche in questo caso, l'operatrice è stata gentile. Mi sono poi accomodata nella sala d'attesa prelievi, convinta di dover aspettare - giustamente - almeno mezz'ora per effettuare il tampone (avevo appuntamento per le 12) e invece l'infermiera è arrivata subito. Abbiamo chiacchierato per alcuni minuti, nei quali mi sono state chieste alcune informazioni in merito alla mia esperienza Covid e alla situazione globale. L'infermiera mi ha sempre chiamato per nome, dimostrando empatia, e si è dimostrata accogliente anche durante la fase più fastidiosa del tampone. Una volta terminata la procedura, durata davvero pochissimo, sono uscita e - ancora una volta - l'addetta al triage esterno si è dimostrata estremamente cortese. Ora spero che i tempi di attesa per processare il tampone siano rispettati (48 ore), ma - al momento - non posso che dichiarare pienamente soddisfacente la mia esperienza.
I am referring to today's visit, on the occasion of carrying out a molecular swab, requested by the employer following a positive result. After reading the other reviews, I decided to show up well early to avoid delays due to queues. Also, not knowing the city at all, I preferred to leave myself the possibility of quietly looking for a parking space (there were plenty of them along the way). Not only was there no queue, but the triage clerk at the entrance was really courteous and kind, she showed me the procedure and answered all my requests for information. Once I entered (entrance and exit are well separated and there is an access ramp), I waited about a minute and was immediately called to the counter to check in. Again, the operator was kind. I then sat in the waiting room, convinced that I had to wait - rightly - at least half an hour to swab (I had an appointment for 12) and instead the nurse arrived immediately. We chatted for a few minutes, in which I was asked for some information about my Covid experience and the global situation. The nurse always called me by name, showing empathy, and was welcoming even during the most annoying phase of the tampon. Once the procedure was over, which lasted very little, I went out and - once again - the external triage officer was extremely courteous. Now I hope that the waiting times for processing the swab are respected (48 hours), but - at the moment - I can only declare my experience fully satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho eseguito il Test HARMONY, aspetto 2 settimane per vedere se arriva la risposta nei tempi previsti.
Io sono di Trento, il prelievo l'ho fatto a Trento ( anche qui si aspetta una media di mezz'ora / 45 minuti per visite e prelievi ).
Se il test arriva nei tempi previsti ( 2 settimane o almeno entro il terzo mese di gravidanza) allora metto 5 stelle.
Peccato che non è un esame convenzionato, 450€ è un po' un costo elevato.

Today I performed the HARMONY Test, I wait 2 weeks to see if the response arrives on schedule.
I am from Trento, I did the collection in Trento (here too we expect an average of half an hour / 45 minutes for visits and withdrawals).
If the test arrives on schedule (2 weeks or at least within the third month of pregnancy) then I put 5 stars.
Too bad it is not an agreed exam, 450 € is a bit of a high cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presso questa struttura ho potuto fare degli esami che non tutti fanno (curva glicemica) ad esempio.
Per persone di una certa età o in dolce attesa c'è anche la prestazione con priorità, un'attenzione a mio parere molto gradita e non da tutti che ho molto apprezzato. I tempi sono celeri, ambulatori e personale davvero professionale e gentile, stesso elogio anche per l'accettazione. Offrono l'invio dei risultati via mail con username e password personali, servizio assolutamente comodo e puntuale. Lo consiglio!!!
At this facility I was able to do some tests that not everyone does (glycemic curve) for example.
For people of a certain age or pregnant there is also the priority service, an attention that in my opinion is very welcome and not by all that I have greatly appreciated. Times are fast, clinics and really professional and kind staff, the same praise also for the acceptance. They offer the sending of results via email with a personal username and password, an absolutely convenient and punctual service. I advise!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio in cui poter fare analisi del sangue, delle urine e numerose tipologie di indagini specialistiche, oltre che test e tampone per covid-19.
Mi sono sempre recata qui e non ho mai trovato nulla da obbiettare, il servizio è un po' lento per via dell'affluenza di persone e per le misure anticovid volte ad evitare assembramenti; ma il personale è' molto gentile. I risultati sono sempre arrivati entro le tempistiche indicate ed ho sempre apprezzato il fatto che si possano scaricare online senza bisogno di ri andare nella struttura.
Tutto sommato se si ci si reca appena prima dell'apertura si riesce a sbrigare il tutto in un ora e mezza/2. Ci sono tanti parcheggi nei pressi e un bar di fronte se dopo il prelievo si vuole far colazione.

I've always been here and I've never found anything to object to, the service is a bit slow due to the influx of people and the anticovid measures aimed at avoiding crowds; but the staff is very nice. The results have always arrived within the indicated time frames and I have always appreciated the fact that they can be downloaded online without having to go back to the facility.
All in all, if you go just before the opening, you can get it all done in an hour and a half / 2. There are plenty of parking lots nearby and a bar opposite if you want to have breakfast after pickup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente mi trovo benissimo. E' da più di tre anni che mi rivolgo a questo laboratorio e ho trovato sempre un'ottima organizzazione, rapidità e cortesia. Mi hanno sempre inviato i referti comodamente via email, come da me richiesto, e la segreteria mi ha sempre risposto tempestivamente via mail. Peraltro c'è anche la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente nei pressi della struttura, sulla strada.
E' vero, se si arriva la mattina molto presto, prima dell'orario di apertura (cioè prima delle 7:30), bisogna attendere fuori, ma questo mi sembra inevitabile, vale per qualunque attività.
Personally I am fine. I have been turning to this laboratory for more than three years and I have always found an excellent organization, speed and courtesy. They always sent me the reports conveniently via email, as requested by me, and the secretariat always answered me promptly via email. Moreover, there is also the possibility to park for free near the structure, on the street.
It is true, if you arrive very early in the morning, before opening time (ie before 7:30 am), you have to wait outside, but this seems inevitable to me, it applies to any activity.
