Fatto il tampone alle 16, il mattino successivo avevo già il referto! I made the molecular swab in the Monza facility, via Martiri delle Foibe. Leonardo oltre ad essere molto gentile mi ha fatto il prelievo senza sentire nulla e io di solito ho problemi perché non mi trovano mai la vena. Consiglio questo punto prelievi! Great service. I risultati sono arrivati il giorno dopo alle 7.00 di mattina in meno di ventiquattrore. Grazie anche alla professionalità di chi mi ha fatto il tampone e a chi ha proceduto all'analisi veloce e, grazie al cielo, negativa. Il costo raddoppia ma OK così. Suggerisco di aprire almeno un punto tamponi anche nei festivi per le famose "48 ore" necessarie, che partendo al martedì saranno sempre un problema. Il personale si è mostrato gentile e i risultati degli esami erano pronti dopo appena due giorni dal prelievo. Tornerò sicuramente. I very easily booked access to the analysis laboratory, finding immediate availability and a wide choice between shifts. The staff were polite and the test results were ready within two days of the blood sample. I will definitely be back.

Il problema è che se non hai appuntamento (cosa spesso difficile da trovare se hai necessità di farle dall oggi con il domani - ieri ho provato a prenotare ma mi dava libero solo il 23/03) l’attesa è troppo lunga. Stamattina sono arrivata alle 7. Ero la quarta in coda e tra appuntamento e priorità sono riuscita ad uscire alle 7.55 e mi sembra veramente troppo eccessivo! Capisco gli appuntamenti e le priorità, ma forse bisognerebbe dare solo appuntamenti cadenziati ogni 5 minuti e non permettere l’accesso libero, così le attese sarebbero meno lunghe e si riuscirebbe a trovare più posti nelle prenotazioni. Comunque a parte questa piccola nota, io sono cliente da anni e continuerò a venire (nonostante il parcheggio difficile da trovare e le attese) perché la gentilezza del personale e’ unico e di questi periodi non la cambierei neanche con la struttura più veloce! Se si telefona al laboratorio per chiedere se vengono effettuate specifiche analisi rispondono di sì poi una volta che ci si presenta al punto prelievi si scopre che non le fanno. Rincaro la dose: risultati dopo quasi un mese. Ma si può? Be careful.
