M	Mauro Silvestri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto dare una stella ma ne meritano -di 0, mi hanno rubato letteralmente 100€ Per lo svolgimento di una pratica che mi hanno sbagliato e che ho dovuto rifare personalmente sul sito inps mi hanno obbligato al tesseramento.... in sintesi mi hanno fatto pagare un servizio del quale ovviamente non ho potuto fruire a causa della loro incompetenza e si sono rifiutati di rimborsarmi e persino di restituirmi la mia documentazione che mi spetta per legge. SCONSIGLIATO VIVAMENTE questo caf totalmente incompetenti I had to give a star but they deserve it - 0, they literally stole € 100 For carrying out a practice that I was wrong and that I had to redo personally on the inps site they forced me to register .... in summary they have me charged for a service which obviously I could not use due to their incompetence and they refused to reimburse me and even return my documentation which is due to me by law. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED this totally clueless café

INCOMPETENTI. un consiglio: affidatevi ad altro caf, sicuramente ci saranno persone più competenti con voglia di LA VO RA RE. a shame. I never answer. they have lost documentation. I have been waiting for an answer for 9 months and they have disappeared into thin air, when they answer the phone they promise things they do not keep. INCOMPETENT. a tip: rely on another café, surely there will be more competent people with a desire for LA VO RA RE.

È da più di due mesi che attendo di essere richiamata per riavere indietro la documentazione personale per modello unico e fate finta di niente! Per niente professionali! E ogni operatore si passa la responsabilità di non sapere niente! Sicuramente avrete presto mie notizie per vie legali! You should close! I have been waiting for more than two months to be called back to get back the personal documentation for a single model and ignore it! Not professional at all! Farei fare una bella visita a questi uffici a chi so io così magari qualche posto di lavoro inizia a saltare e magari ci vanno persone più competenti They never answer the phone and not to mention the incompetent staff behind them, a classic place where the people who work inside see you have entered by recommendation. I would make a nice visit to these offices to who I know so maybe some job starts to jump and maybe more competent people go there

La recensione la scrivo per quanto riguarda la pratica per il Permesso di soggiorno: Al primo appuntamento mi è stato detto di tornare il giorno dopo per ritirare i documenti, sono andata, mi ha accolta la segretaria che non sapeva nemmeno di che cosa stavo parlando. Mi ha detto che mi richiamava tra un ora , ho lasciato le il mio numero ovviamente non sono stata contattata. Chiamo il giorno dopo ancora, faceva finta che non sapeva di che cosa si tratta. Dopo una recensione negativa, mi chiama subito la responsabile per dirmi che lei non era al corrente e di cancellare tutto: ''Mi occuperò personalmente io della sua pratica!'' Ho preso accordi , è andato il mio marito ancora il giorno dopo in pausa pranzo, le pratiche non erano pronti ancora: le hanno compilate davanti a lui!!! ( non la responsabile). Oggi ci siamo recati in posta per avviare finalmente la procedura , sorpresa: hanno sbagliato il numero del vecchio permesso ed in più lo stato di provenienza. Se non si è in grado di fare una cosa abbiate almeno l'umiltà di dire Non sappiamo.... Ho speso inutilmente 230 euro da loro perchè adesso non mi rispondono nemmeno per poter modificare i dati della pratica ( innumerevole chiamate e messaggi WhatsApp). Evitate di mettervi nelle loro mani cosi vi risparmiate i neuroni. I write the review regarding the practice for the Residence Permit: On the first appointment I was told to come back the next day to collect the documents, I went, the secretary greeted me who didn't even know what I was talking about. He told me he would call me back in an hour, I left my number obviously I was not contacted. I call the next day again, he pretended he didn't know what it is. After a negative review, the manager immediately calls me to tell me that she was not aware and to delete everything: `` I will personally take care of your file! '' I made arrangements, my husband went again the next day on lunch break, the paperwork was not ready yet: they filled it out in front of him !!! (not responsible). Today we went to the post office to finally start the procedure, surprise: they got the number of the old permit and the state of origin wrong. If you are unable to do one thing, at least have the humility to say We do not know .... I spent 230 euros unnecessarily from them because now they do not even answer me to be able to modify the data of the case (countless calls and WhatsApp messages) . Avoid putting yourself in their hands so you spare neurons.

Mi comunicavano aggiornamenti (inconcludenti ovvio) su una pratica che NON HANNO MAI COMPILATO. Solo a novembre, quando mi sono recato di persona perché non mi avevano mai dato la ricevuta di presentazione della domanda (chissà perché), l'hanno compilata davanti a me. Speso 75€ di tesseramento per niente. Da portare in tribunale. I applied for a practice in early August, they kept me up until mid-November. They sent me updates (obviously inconclusive) on a file they HAVE NEVER FILLED IN. Only in November, when I went in person because they had never given me the receipt for submitting the application (who knows why), did they fill it out in front of me. I spent € 75 for membership for nothing. To take to court.
