La consegna era concordata, cioè avrebbero dovuto chiamarmi per concordare il giorno e l'orario della spedizione. Ma dopo 2 settimane di attesa sono costretto a chiamarli io. Mi rispondono che il mio pacco deve arrivare il giorno dopo e che mi avrebbero ricontattato per farmi sapere l'orario esatto. Niente di più falso, non solo non solo non mi hanno richiamato facendomi prendere anche un giorno a lavoro ma ora hanno segnato i numeri da cui chiamo e non rispondono più al telefono. Come definireste questo comportamento? Non c'è professionalità alcuna, mi vergogno io per loro, veri e propri lestofanti. Perfino i ladri sono più rispettosi. Che razza di gente ci lavora? Gente incompetente, senza pudore, senza rispetto alcuno. Colui che è a capo di questa organizzazione che persona deve essere? Read to the end to understand who you are dealing with. My package was entrusted to them by MonClick. The delivery was agreed, that is, they should have called me to agree on the day and time of the shipment. But after 2 weeks of waiting I have to call them myself. They replied that my package must arrive the next day and that they would contact me to let me know the exact time. Nothing could be more false, not only have they not only not called me back and made me take a day to work but now they have marked the numbers from which I call and no longer answer the phone. How would you define this behavior? There is no professionalism whatsoever, I am ashamed for them, real swindlers. Even thieves are more respectful. What kind of people work there? Incompetent people, without shame, without any respect. Who is the head of this organization what person should he be?

Mi contattato dicendo che la lavastoviglie sarebbe stata consegnata per il giorno 11 Dicembre (mezza giornata ad attenderli a casa ma nessun arrivo ne contatto telefonico) Mi ricontattato martedì 14 Dicembre dicendo che la lavastoviglie sarebbe stata consegnata giovedì 16 Dicembre (altra mezza giornata ad aspettarli a casa ma niente!) Numero di cellulare inesistenti, sempre fuori posto ed occupato. Nessun contatto da parte loro! Sperate che Unieuro non affidi a loro la consegna! 1 star because less can not be entered! Dishwasher bought from the Unieuro shop and delivered to them. I contacted me saying that the dishwasher would be delivered for December 11th (half day waiting for them at home but no arrival or telephone contact) I got back to Tuesday December 14th saying that the dishwasher would be delivered on Thursday December 16th (another half day waiting for them at home but nothing!) Mobile number non-existent, always out of place and busy. No contact from them! Hope that Unieuro does not entrust the delivery to them!

Tracciando la spedizione si evince solo la data in cui il bene è stato affidato al corriere e l cosa più snervante è non avere mai risposta né dal numero fisso ne dal portatile. Posso capire che in questo periodo natalizio le consegne sono tantissime e ci possono essere anche forti ritardi. Ma non giustifico e non tollero l'assenza di spiegazioni. Like the previous reviews, I also bought a dryer from Monclick and it was entrusted to the same forwarder on day 14. By tracking the shipment, it is clear only the date on which the goods were entrusted to the courier and the most nerve-wracking thing is never to have an answer either from the landline or from the laptop. I can understand that during this Christmas period there are a lot of deliveries and there can also be severe delays. But I do not condone and do not tolerate the absence of explanations.

Sto aspettando un loro contatto telefonico da una decina di giorni, ma nulla. Ma la cosa peggiore è che non rispondono a telefono. Mi domando ancora perché Unieuro e Monclick si affidino a questi incompetenti. PS leggendo le altre recensioni, a quanto pare non sono l'unico ad avere questo problema... Embarrassing is an understatement! I bought a washing machine from Monclick which, unfortunately, was assigned to them. I've been waiting for their telephone contact for about ten days, but nothing. But the worst part is that they don't answer the phone. I still wonder why Unieuro and Monclick rely on these incompetents. PS reading the other reviews, apparently I'm not the only one with this problem ...
M	*Marianna Marianna 84** on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato una asciugatrice dal sito Unieuro il 23 dicembre che è stata speditail 27 dicembre.Certo non mi aspettavo una consegna celere visto il periodo natalizio.Al 5 gennaio risultava ricevuta dal corriere che mi ha contattato il giorno 10, solo dopo il mio sollecito ad Unieuro, e dicendo che avrebbero consegnato il giorno successivo senza specificare fascia oraria o chiedere info aggiuntive.Il giorno dopo mi chiamano dicendo di non poter consegnare perché il camion non poteva arrivare da me ma che serviva uno più piccolo e che avrebbero consegnato il lunedì successivo. Il lunedì non hanno fatto sapere nulla se non alle 19 quando li ho contattati io dicendomi che non avrebbero consegnato di nuovo causa camion troppo grande.... A me sembra di essere presa in giro!!!!! I ordered a dryer from the Unieuro website on December 23rd which was shipped on December 27th Certainly I was not expecting a quick delivery given the Christmas period.At January 5th it was received by the courier who contacted me on the 10th, only after my reminder to Unieuro, and saying that they would deliver the next day without specifying a time slot or asking for additional info.The next day they called me saying they could not deliver because the truck could not arrive at me but that a smaller one was needed and that they would have delivered the following Monday . On Monday they did not know anything except at 19 when I contacted them saying that they would not have delivered again due to the truck being too big .... It seems to me to be made fun of !!!!!

Questa societá trovare solo scuse banali per ritardare la consegna (tipo un numero di telefono sbagliato o che non sanno dov'e' l'indirizzo. In questo modo continuano a ritardare la consegna. La prima consegna é arrivata difettosa (chissá come hanno maneggiato la spedizione) e la nuova spedizione é nel loro magazzino dal 22-12-2021 e oggi chiamano per effettuare la consegna solamente il 4-01-2022. Come se non bastasse la consegna é contestuale ad un reso prodotto per unieuro. TNL ha lasciato per 15 giorni, a casa mia, questo reso. In pratica sono anche il loro magazzino. FORTEMENTE SCONSIGLIATA NON UTILIZZARE COME CORRIERE NON FIDATEVI, NON SONO PROFESSIONALI I have been waiting for a delivery from this company on behalf of Unieuro for over 30 days. This company will find only trivial excuses for delaying delivery (like a wrong phone number or not knowing where the address is. This way they keep delaying the delivery. The first delivery arrived defective (who knows how they handled the shipment) and the new shipment is in their warehouse from 22-12-2021 and today they call to make the delivery only on 04-01-2022. As if that were not enough, the delivery is contextual to a product return for one euro. TNL left this return for 15 days at my house. In practice, they are also their warehouse. In data 09 dicembre la spedizione risultava in carico al corriere e dal giorno 16 ricevuta dallo stesso. Dopo tale data mi venivano dati telefonicamente i seguenti appuntamenti, tutti disattesi senza alcun avviso: 27, 29, 31 dicembre. Solo il 03 gennaio la merce veniva consegnata. Più volte contattavo la ditta o venivo da essa ricontattato ottenendo solo false promesse di consegna che peraltro costringevano ad un'inutile attesa il destinatario presso il suo domicilio. I purchased a television on the Unieuro website on 07/12/2021. On 09 December the shipment was in charge of the courier and on the 16th it was received by the same. After that date I was given the following appointments by telephone, all of which were rejected without notice: 27, 29, 31 December. Only on 03 January the goods were delivered. Several times I contacted the company or was contacted by it again, obtaining only false promises of delivery which, moreover, forced the recipient to wait unnecessarily at his home.

Con una telefonata mi hanno comunicato intorno a che ora potevano consegnare. Dopo un ora erano già fuori la porta per consegnare e ritirare, in sicurezza e in massima professionalità, l elettromestico. Spero che anche altri abbiamo la fortuna di essere assistiti da questi equipaggi per le consegne di grandi elettrodomestici acquistati online.
