È un'azienda a conduzione familiare nella quale, Gino, il titolare, è affiancato dalla figlia e dal simpatico Michel, ormai divenuto una persona di famiglia.
Il negozio apre i battenti alle 7 del mattino per favorire i lavoratori edili che iniziano a lavorare molto presto e resta aperto, senza soluzione di continuità, fino alle 20.
È un negozio molto fornito: serve elettricisti, falegnami, idraulici, fabbri e muratori di Montella e dei paesi limitrofi.
Adiacente al ferramenta sorge una vetreria condotta dal figlio di Gino, Raffaele.
