★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Materasso molto scadente, si è deformato dopo pochissimi mesi, male di schiena ma soprattutto alle spalle, assistenza zero,promesso da un anno che sarebbe passato qualcuno a controllare, ma nessun agente o altra persona è venuta a verificare. Le doghe in legno della rete cigolano.
Assistenza zero anche da parte del rivenditore.
 Very poor mattress, it deformed after a few months, back pain but especially in the shoulders, zero assistance, promised for a year that someone would have passed to check, but no agent or other person came to check. The wooden slats of the net creak.
Zero assistance also from the dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato i materassi di questa azienda da Harte sia matrimoniale che due singoli sono di pessima qualità si sono afflosciati sia in garanzia che dopo.ho contattato sia il rivenditore e sia l’azienda (reparto commerciale)entrambi si sono lavati le mani.ho buttato via 1200 più iva sconsiglio questo marchio sia dei Materassi sia quello dei mobili.posso dimostrare foto alla mano voto zero
I bought the mattresses of this company from Harte both double and two singles are of very bad quality they collapsed both under warranty and after. I contacted both the dealer and the company (sales department) both washed their hands. I threw away via 1200 plus VAT I do not recommend this brand for both the mattresses and the furniture

Se acquistate i prodotti non sbagliate....e dormirete sonni tranquilli......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Materasso con difetto di fabbrica perché sboxato... nessuna sostituzione perché hanno deciso arbitrariamente che non rientrava in garanzia senza dare nessuna spiegazione nonostante abbia mandato foto dove era palese il difetto di fabbrica...poi ho chiesto ad altri produttori o rivenditori di altri marchi e tutti mi hanno confermato che il materasso era sboxato.... assistenza al cliente pari a zero sia da parte della fabbrica che del rivenditore. Pessima qualità e prezzi anche alti per la durata.
Mattress with factory defect because unboxed ... no replacement because they arbitrarily decided that it was not covered by the warranty without giving any explanation despite having sent photos where the factory defect was evident ... then I asked other manufacturers or resellers of other brands and they all confirmed to me that the mattress was unboxed .... zero customer support from both the factory and the retailer. Bad quality and high prices for the duration.

Avevo bisogno di un guanciale nuovo perchè con il mio non dormivo più bene, mi svegliavo sempre con un gran dolore al collo.
Ho comprato il guanciale Isabelle di Valflex.

Era da tempo che non dormivo così bene.
Con Isabelle ho risolto anche il problema della sudorazione, perchè è freschissimo nonostante il caldo di questi mesi.
